Our host was very responsive! The house was clean! Great instructions were sent to us prior to arrival and this was helpful. Backyard beautiful and we spent a great deal of time there! Definitely would stay again!

My family went to Santa Barbara for a very sad occasion, the memorial for our son in-law. I needed a house that would provide peace and tranquility the evening before and after the memorial for my daughter and grandson. This house was perfect. Beautiful inside and the backyard provided the space, peace and tranquility we needed.

The house looks like someone decided to make some extra money by renting during COVID. There are new elements throughout the house that are covering pieces that are falling apart. The floors have so many soft spots, I’m pretty sure if you step to hard you will go through the ground. It is very old and beat up in the bathrooms and kitchen. The laundry is outside in a wood shed that looks like it was jerry rigged at the last minute. When we first arrived, we noticed there were a TON of spiders. We opened one of the rooms sliding glass doors and a brown recluse scurried into the doorframe. I know they mentioned they do not spray for spiders or bugs, but THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. If you have arachnophobia I would consider staying elsewhere. We also discovered mice droppings in one of the kitchen drawers. This is not a young, kid friendly home. The kitchen table is unstable and very difficult for small children to eat at. We had to watch out for our children outside because of all the spiders. When we first got there we had to remove pieces from the wall in one of the rooms as we had 2 cribs with infants sleeping in there. It was not secured to the wall properly and could have fallen. After we departed, the property manager contacted us for “damage” he said we had done to the house. He tried to scam money out of us through the cleaning fee a week later as well. Terrible service. STAY ELSEWHERE.

My family stayed here for a wedding weekend in Santa Barbara and were super happy with the location, cleanliness and amenities of this house. Great for a group up to 8, would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great time at the house. It’s exactly like the pictures. Very easy to enter and the rules and requirements were all laid out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again if planning another trip to Santa Barbara.

The house is a nice little beach house. Its interior is decent not great. Decorations are lacking a bit, but its clean. Upgrades seem to have been done on the more inexpensive route. Lacks general polished finish. The floors are wooden and its an elevated floor so its quite noisy to walk on. Overall its a solid mid-tier property.

Great location and plenty of space for a group of seven. Backyard has a relaxing set up and super comfy beds. The communication was excellent and Brent was super accommodating. Would’ve been nice to have a broom.

Comfortable and well equipped property in excellent location which allowed US and UK family members to have great time out and about on the beach and city, using the bikes and then enjoying the sunshine in the relaxed garden and hot tub. Spacious and open light filled layout ideal for relaxed conversation and meals. Excellent bedroom and bathroom facilities. Great help on management and information from host Brent. Thanks again.

We stayed here for a wedding and loved being able to walk to the beach and to the park. It was a gray set up for our group and we enjoyed using the hottub to relax.

Beautiful space….very clean and the pictures were a true reflection of the home. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome bottle of wine. Location was great! We walked to the beach and got an Uber downtown; both were easy and quick. Brent was great to work with. Highly recommend, we will be back!

We had a great stay here for a girls weekend. Uber was super accessible and great walking paths. The property was quiet and parking was very convenient. We felt very safe and would stay there again!

My husband and I celebrated a wedding weekend for friends and had a great stay at Brent's place in Santa Barbara. The house has well-appointed furniture and my husband and our friends especially appreciated the awesome backyard area, with patio seating, a jacuzzi hot tub, and plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the sunshine. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was sparkling clean, and overall it was a great stay. Brent had great communication and provided a very complete document on the house, wifi information, and things to do around town. Great stay! Would recommend!

I always go to VRBO for my rentals and once again they did not disappoint with this house. Brent was awesome with his communications and even left us a bottle of wine and 2 Pointsettas for the holiday. The bed rooms although not spacious are clean and well furnished with plenty of bedding and bathrobes. Great for the hot tub. The backyard offers additional living space and it is super welcoming with the white twinkle lights, hot tub, firepit and picnic table. Don’t less this gem pass you bye!

We were in Santa Barbara for a wedding and this house was perfect for our group of friends. Loved being so close to the beach and we used the bikes provided and took an early morning bike ride to downtown for coffee. Spent time in the backyard and the hot tub was enjoyable. Would definitely come back to this house!

We had a lovely time! The property is a 5-min walk from the beach and easily accessible to downtown. It was the perfect long weekend.

property is beautiful - only challenge is the one bathroom shower did not properly contain the water - house is a great lay out for muliptle couples and the yard is wonderful - could have a staycation there for sure. kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need

Wow! Our family group had such a lovely stay. The house was clean and well laid out. The yard, both front and back, wonderful to spend time in. The location was amazing! A quick and easy walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this most fabulous property in beautiful Santa Barbara!

We had a wonderful SB trip with our children and grandchildren. Very short walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to Hendrys - the dog beach. The house was great and we loved hanging out in the backyard. Brent was accessible and really great.

This property was an excellent fit for a family of 8 adults visiting Santa Barbara for a family wedding. Brent was very attentive to us getting access to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. This property is in a great location with 5 minute access to anything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara. I would stay here again.
