Access to pool facilities was a trek. It was on another property.

Facilities were beautiful. Staff was great. Location was perfect.

Both key cards that we were given at check in did not work. Fortunately, a maintenance worker called it in and after about a 10 minute wait outside of our room, someone brought us new cards to use. In addition, the remote to our TV did not work. It would turn on and off but you could not change the channels. Again maintenance came and had to reboot the TV and then it began working again. All these were minor inconveniences but when you are paying these kind of prices for a room, you don't expect to have these minor issues.

No spa... No heat on a rainy day...no internet... Not very accommodating

The ocean front rooms have been updated since we last stayed at this hotel. Bathroom and decor is great. Room was very comfortable. The balcony was well furnished and comfortable for watching the beach, ocean, and people.

Excellent location. Ocean view suite was fantastic with nice balcony and full view of ocean and pier. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping

A beautiful property! The room was spacious and clean. I loved the bathroom with the deep tub and the very hot shower.

The elevator was broken; which was difficult for one of our travelers.

The location

The staff were not honest. We called in to ask whether we can check in sooner due to the storming weather. The lady answered the phone said they would let us check in as soon as we arrive. However, when we arrived the hotel around noon, the whole area looked like deserted- no guest, empty parking lots and no cleaning crew in the building but the front desk lady still made us wait until a few minutes before 4 pm! We felt that we had were being deceived.

The lux room was very spacious and the bathroom included a deep tub. The room was clean , tall ceilings with wooden beams were an extra luxury for sure.
