The property was beautiful. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions and accommodating to our schedule. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in vacationing in Houston.

We had a great stay, we enjoyed the visiting and entertaining at this home. I lived in this area 20+ years ago and this area has kept up its houses and neighborhoods. We will definitely stay here again.

Home was a peaceful place for me to recover from surgery at MD Anderson. Hospital was further away that expected, but home was clean, peaceful backyard with the lake. The pool was perfect especially for my husband. Very quiet and good restaurants close by.

We did a mini family reunion (5 people) at this spacious home, which could not have been more lovely. Everything was clean with high-quality linens and towels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and had plenty of room to prepare meals and visit. The pool is not large, but perfect for soaking and cooling off. The neighborhood is very quiet and well-tended. The back area of the house has a park like feel and even though we couldn't use the lake, it was a nice backdrop. If you are looking for a "party house" this is not it. However, if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing time you could not ask for a better house. The host, Dan, was very responsive without being intrusive.

Quiet neighborhood, lots of room for everyone. It has a nice pool however it was too cool to use it. We totally enjoyed our time.

The property is well maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. The host is very meticulous and have detailed instructions on how to maintain his property. There is surveillance surrounding the property so dont rent thinking you're going to bypass the HOA rules. Be honest. The host was accommodating and efficient and always responded to my questions and needs in a timely fashion. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet!

The house was spacious and private and the property overlooking the lake was lovely. Located in a quiet and residential neighborhood and great for walking, both in the neighborhood and also to nearby stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent - he was always very responsive and accommodating.

We were looking for somewhere to take the kids and swim in the oppressive Houston heat- this place delivered! The host was very responsive, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. The view was great, overall a very positive experience!

The house is located in a nice, safe neighborhood. Everything was neat, clean, and decorated nicely. The backyard with lake and pool view was relaxing to experience. Communication with host was easy and during the stay communication with host was not needed as needs were already taken care of. Definitely recommend!

We booked this property for what we hoped would be a relaxing week. It was that. The neighborhood is very quiet, which we liked. Most of our week was spent relaxing in the shaded pool. Many houses we have rented have kitchens that don't supply all of our cooking needs so I usually bring a few unusual items with me. This was not necessary in this case. The kitchen is very well appointed with cookie sheets, a good blender, grater, etc. There is enough salt, pepper, sugar that you don't have to worry about buying any. We added a little to the already impressive pantry by leaving unopened shelf stable items. The dishwasher was a bit confusing since you have to switch on a light switch to turn it on before use. No big deal, though. The bathrooms are nice and modern. Even though I am not a big fan of rain shower heads, the one in the suite upstairs had a bit of pressure to it, so I was pleased. I liked having body wash and shampoo provided. If you are particular, you'll still need to bring your own. We are not, so this was a plus. Towels are soft and clean. I wish we had a couple more because we were taking more showers than normal (each time we got out of the pool). Always plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable with microfiber sheets and light duvets. Pillows are quite flat. We stacked a couple and slept comfortably. Fans are provided in 2/3 bedrooms for those who enjoy them. The ground floor front bedroom is quite warm due to the amount of sun it gets. We used the fan to blow hot air out of it during the day, which helped a lot. This bedroom is def for the cold natured person in your family. The living space is large and comfortable. TVs are large, one in den and one in upstairs bedroom. The owner was very responsive and nice when I couldn't find things or had questions. Great guy The only thing I didn't like is being locked into 71 degree thermostat at night. Having the fan helped but hot sleepers might find this uncomfortable. Overall, loved our stay, would stay again, and would recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay, Dan.

The home was very spacious! We enjoyed having our own private pool. We loved the air conditioner upstairs that kept the master bedroom nice and cool during this hot summer weather. The home is in an excellent location also. We killed sometime at the Willowbrook mall which was very close. We found a restaurant across the street from the neighborhood called “first watch” and we ended up eating breakfast and lunch there everyday. The owner was very easy to deal with. We were doing a basketball tournament and we weren’t sure about when we would be checking out so he did work with us. We will definitely be returning to this home when we are in the area. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

We so enjoyed our stay! The house was nicely appointed and was in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Dan gave us all of the information before check in so we didn’t even need to contact him during our stay. Look forward to staying again next time we’re in Houston.

Everything about this house is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the home was incredible and the inside was so comfortable, we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to my questions and extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

This property is a beautiful piece of nature in busy Houston. The view of the lake and trees made you feel you were secluded but the location is close to many restaurants, stores and other amenities.

There is a little lake behind the home that is relaxing and nice to look at. The home and beds are clean and the neighborhood is quiet and nice to take a walk in with mature trees.

More than comfortable for older gentlemen in town for the football game. Great communication start to finish.

A few issue occur with the property. Large cockroaches in the guest house. A minor gas smell from the kitchen stove. Bathroom toilet near the laundry area didn't function correctly.
