We enjoyed our stay in this cute little home. It had everything we needed and then some! The kids had fun playing with the puzzles & card games provided by the home owner. One of the sinks had trouble, but staff responded quickly and resolved it as soon as they could. Thank you for sharing this great place to stay!

Our 10 night stay was very comfortable. The place was nicely renovated, spacious, well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked making meal prep easy. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was what we needed. Functional, clean and centrally located.

Hubby and I spent 5 nights visiting son, daughter in law & grandkids. Clean, lovely layout for the two of us, nice quiet location & only 12 mins to our family. Nicely equipped and will return again!

Because of the wedding we didn't spend much time in the rental but it was perfect for our needs.

Very comfortable

We stayed here during a festival in north plains and it was very convenient. Had everything we needed, nice bathroom and kitchen and beds were very comfortable. We were grateful for the AC because it was HOT this weekend! Had one issue with the door not locking, they came by within an hour and fixed it for us so we could head on our way. Convenient location with target nearby.

This was the perfect place for our short trip to the area. The layout is very very nice. And they have an amazingly large backyard. The bathroom was well stocked. And the beds were very comfortable. They had a great list of places to go locally. And the location made it easy to access any highway or interstate.

The house was very clean and bright. There were upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom that were modern. New carpet in the bedrooms was also a plus. The neighborhood was more urban than expected and was a bit noisy at night. Overall it was a wonderful rental that served us well while we were in town for a softball tournament.

Only suggestion is to allow renters to set heat or air, my little 5 year old niece was sick by 3rd day because temperature ranged randomly between 64 at night to 80 in morning. Otherwise great stay.

Check-in was a breeze (we were provided with a code for entry beforehand) and any info we needed to know was in the welcome binder. Communication was also incredibly easy with iTrip and we had no problems communicating via text when needed. The only thing I’d say about the place is you’ll definitely need a car if you’re looking to explore downtown Portland. It usually took us >30 mins driving to get to areas in the city that we wanted to visit, which was completely fine with us. The friends we were visiting live in Hillsboro so we spent most of our time in Portland suburbs rather than the city. Perfect location for that! One small suggestion for the property, a coat hanger inside the door would be really helpful! Overall, loved our stay, thanks so much!

We were in town visiting our daughter for the week. The property was VERY clean, very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It had a cute, private backyard. My husband and I were working remotely for the week and had no internet issues. The neighborhood was a little sketchy when we first drove in but we had no issues. We were also a little surprised that it was an older duplex community, but not a big deal. The exterior photos didn't show this. Smart! It is on a very busy street that was super loud at night with the windows open. This wouldn't be an issue with cooler weather, however. And THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the window AC unit. It was 106 degrees when we were there. We had no need to contact property management, which was awesome, so I can't speak to their response time. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This renal unit had everything we needed to explore the surrounding area and has a very pleasant vibe. The neighborhood is a bit older and worn looking but it was very nice and comfortable here.

Any time an issue arose, the property management group responded promptly and were able to efficiently solve the problem. Great accommodations. Two things, of note, that I overlooked when booking: you do not get access to the garage for parking (though you have a driveway for off-street parking) and the kitchen doesn’t have a garbage disposal, which becomes a hassle for long-term stays. Even with those minor compromises, the service iTrip provided earns this location 5 stars.

Great rental with everything as promised in its description. Perfect for a shorter or longer stay.
