We had a party of 12, and we loved that both sides of the duplex are connected. Great layout.

This property was perfect for my girls weekend. House was beautiful. Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Very well stocked with kitchen supply’s and everything else we needed. The location was perfect. Near Bottleworks District and Mass Avenue. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again for sure!

Prefect place for our group

My family and I stayed at this location for a weekend. We had a great stay and we were able to visit places nearby, like downtown Indianapolis and a nearby park. Overall this place met our needs for 10 adults.

The location was perfect for my niece’s college graduation. The house was spacious for our family of 9. Lots of great accommodations so we were very comfortable. The host, Dale is awesome! From his initial communications to checkout, he was extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

Spotless home just as advertised. Close to good food and everything our family needed for our stay. Dale communicated well throughout the process. Everyone in our group was pleased with the home.

This was our first time to Indy and we had a great time The location was right in town so we were central to all the activities we had planned. Communication with the owner was clear and helpful and most kitchen utensils etc were provided. We will be keeping this place in mind for our next Indy trip!

Had family come in from both coasts for a quick visit. House was great with plenty of room for a party of 6 with individual bedrooms for everyone. Had both sides of the unit and was quiet and comfortable. Incredibly comfortable mattresses which several family members would like to purchase for personal use. Monon trail is located behind the unit and was used for morning walks which were throughly enjoyed by all. Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, and pizza brewery a 10 minute walk or less away from house. Easy access to downtown Indy or Broad Ripple for additional bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Units were very clean, beds were comfy with nice linens. Would definitely stay here again.

This duplex was perfect for our family group of 10 adults & 2 children. HIGHLIGHTS: Good location, clean, nicely decorated, two Queen bedrooms on the first floor, 4 king bedrooms on the second floor, two FULL kitchens, Monon Trail is right out the backdoor! I took the suggestion of a previous reviewer and brought card tables and chairs for games & additional meal seating. There is plenty of bar seating in the unit- but the tables allowed us to play games and gave an option for those that do not like barstools. We had a great weekend & will stay here again if we ever have the chance!

My friends and I rented this property for our NYE dinner party and it was absolutely AMAZING! We loved how the home was split into two individual sides which made it even better to have room and space for our dinner guests. The furnishings are very modern and the appliances are top notch! We would most definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family to gather for some quality time together. The house was clean, beautiful, and perfect for what we needed. We spent most of our time in the house playing games, but there are plenty of opportunities close by. Downtown Indy has so much to offer. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful! If given the chance to come back next year we know for sure where to book. Love the space and most of the layout for the exception of the upstairs. How you need to go 3 steps down and back up from the bedrooms to the bathroom. Love that the rooms are all very well spaces with a king or queen size beds. We did expect that the master bedrooms to have their own attached bathroom (which was not the case) but we manage to make it work. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. I do greatly recommend this location if you have a large group or family. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Monon duplex! We were especially grateful to have 4 King-size beds and 4 bathrooms! Beds, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. The fireplace was useful on the chilly mornings. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and glasses. Hot water never ran out for our group of nine! The location was quiet. We went to several of the eating places Dale recommended. (We especially liked the pizza at Greek's!) Would choose to stay here again if/when we plan a group visit to Indy!

Our stay at Dale's duplex property was for a family wedding. I booked the place for my husband and I and our 4 married children and 3 grandchildren. It could not have been more perfect in terms of location, decor, layout, comfort and proximity to helpful places such as a coffee shop and restaurant and the non motorized trail which we did not use but looked amazing for bike riding. It was notably well equipped with more than enough dishes, glassware pans, towels, etc .The place was obviously well cared for and the owner thought of everything a visitor would need to feel comfortable s

We had a group with us for GenCon and it was absolutely perfect. The layout and decor were really nice. Lots and lots of amenities were provided. Check-in and communication with the property owner was flawless. I would definitely come and stay here again for GenCon or any other Indy trip. Thanks so much Dale for everything! We had 6 adults and 3 children (all under 4) stay in the combined duplex, and it was s great experience! Very close to the zoo, children's museum, and numerous food options - also, backing up to through Monon meant easy access for safe walking routes. Loved out experience!

Traveled from Dallas to Indy for Major Taylor Invitational. Property was perfect for our group the close proximity to downtown made it easy to ride or bikes to start location. The property was as described. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless as well as the linen. I reached out in advance and was able to drop off our bikes and bags prior to actual check-in. I will definitely look for this property for my next stay in Indy. .

We were very pleased with the home, location and working with owner. Walked every day on the Monon trail. Close to downtown, and not far to Childrens museum and zoo. Made fir a wonderful family gathering.
