Everything was perfect. The room wasn’t very clean but property manager made it right.

The floor was very dirty. No deep cleaning done. The master bedroom, balcony side, mattress was not good. The coffee pot didn't work so we bought our own. There was also a broken pitcher and a few things in the freezer/refrigerator. However, those were no big deal just worried we would be blamed. We couldn't get the sliding door to balcony to lock. Good thing we were high up. Several TV remotes, some without batteries which made operating harder. Tacky fleece blanket taked up I stead of blind in one bedroom. Over all, nice room and facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at C502 Waterscape. It has been our destination for years now, and we will keep coming back!

The view of the Gulf was amazing! We had 4 adults and two kids (5)yo(2)yo. Perfect accommodations!! 2 very comfortable King size beds and bunks for the kids. Well appointed kitchen with a Specialty coffee maker and coffee pot… lots of dishes and lovely glassware plus un breakable plates and glasses for the kiddos! The decorations and furnishings are lavish! The balcony also had super comfortable furniture that we enjoyed with our beautiful view of the fun property and Gulf of Mexico. You can also park virtually at the front door!!! We walked to AJ’s restaurant for a meal… Fireworks at the pier were viewed from their gorgeous beach! Staff was super friendly… and everything was clean…everywhere!!! We will be back! Same property!! Same accommodations!! C502 at Waterscape for a fabulous family vacation!

we had the best week at fort walton waterscape c502. the condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. the 2 bedrooms were spacious with king beds and our children loved the bunk room for hanging out and watching shows at the end of the day. kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. the balcony was great with lots of seating. waterscape itself had so much for our young kids to do and the beach is beautiful. the softest sand! lots around the area to do. we will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed in this condo. When we arrived it was not clean, fridge had leftover food and was filthy. I complained, the cleaner came back and apologized but when he left again I could scrape food off the counters. I cleaned it myself. Bed and furnishings very uncomfortable. The patio was wonderful though. The pools were nice for families.

I really liked this unit because the beds were very comfortable and the view was great. The kitchen was spacious and there was plenty of room for my family.

Teh property was a complete surprise, clean, beautifully decorated. room was c502, I would stay there again even in the same room.

We loved everything about this unit and the resort as a whole. The unit had a huge balcony with plenty of furniture for your whole group. The interior of the unit was spacious, with comfortable furniture and homey decor. For the facility as a whole, we loved that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were included with the rental. 2 hot tubs and a heated pool were a great bonus since we were there in a cooler month.

We stayed at this property in September for my son's 1st birthday beach trip. Our kids ages range from 1-14 and they all had a blast! They loved the TV's in each bunkbed and lived at the pools! The property was clean and well supplied with anything we would have needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This location is great! Many great places within walking distance. Great views from the 5th floor! The pools are amazing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. Beach service included is a great addition! The condo was very clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

Adorable condo, very clean, very spacious. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever think of needing. Beds were comfortable, and the views were spectacular! I love that beach and pool access is right out your door. This condo is also within walking distance to the Boardwalk, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I am definitely saving this property as a favorite and hope to stay again in the future. Beautiful view, very clean, within walking distance to many restaurants and activities, had an excellent vacation!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! We spent most of our time relaxing at the beach and The pools which kept the kids entertained. There is a Publix nearby so we did our groceries and ate most of our meals at the condo. The condo is spacious and clean, we will definitely come back!
