The location is unbeatable! The amenities and lake view are ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely wonderful location. Super convenient to the marina. The pool is very close. Abundant parking for your boat/RV. The condo has four bedrooms and a ton of beds. Very well-appointed. Portable A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms were great!! Lots of accessories (beach towels, tennis rackets, etc.). I met the owner a few years ago when we stayed next door to this unit. He is a very nice guy. He called me when we checked out to see how everything went, that’s a first for me when traveling. Zero issues, lots of positives.

We loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals, go sledding, and relax. I plan on trying to come again in the summer to enjoy the additional amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. You really won’t find a better place!

We had the best time at Bear Lake and this property couldn't have been any better. 2 car garage and driveway parking made is very easy to park and get stuff out of the car. The view of Bear Lake from the balcony and kitchen and bedrooms were amazing. Super clean and has everything from beach towels to shampoo and conditioner to laundry detergent. Maybe all places have these but this being our 1st time renting through VRBO we weren't sure what to expect. We'll definitely be back and bring a ton of friends with us. 3 levels with tons of room. It really was home away from home. We enjoyed watching Netflix at night and running to nearby grocery store and restaurants after playing tennis and pickleball down the street. Wish we stayed longer. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Good location with pool. From 1 to 10 I’d give it 6-7. Needs some maintenance but overall it worked well.

This property was clean and well stocked with everything you might might need. Beautiful view of the lake! We stayed there because we planned to spend our time at the Lake but it rained most of one of our days. The property had enough activities like pickle ball courts, hot tub, and swimming pools that our teenagers were busy and happy between rain storms. Only drawback might be if you are there with several family groups of 12 and over there are only 4 bedrooms so different families had to mix. If you have smaller children it might not be a problem for you. Lots of additional bedding available so we were able to work it out. We would stay there again for sure.

We gathered with our kids, their spouses and our little grandson for fun on the Lake. The property was ideal with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and the view of the lake was amazing! Location was close to the marina and within easy walking distance to a grocery store, souvenir shops and several venders of delicious shakes. We took advantage of the pool, spa and tennis courts. We all had a greqt time!.

Property was well-maintained and equipped with everything and more that you would need to enjoy your vacation. The only downside is that Hwy 89 in front of the unit is a constant flow of traffic - and the traffic noise easily floats up to the balcony. But you absolutely do not hear that noise when inside the unit.

Our large family had a pleasant six day stay at the townhouse. We used the association pool and hot tub. We also used the kitchen a lot to make homemade meals.

We traveled from North Carolina and stayed three nights. What a beautiful lake and this condo provided a perfect view from the balcony. It also had plenty of room, easy parking, great amenities and owner was quick to respond with any questions. We definitely recommend staying here

We enjoyed our 3-night stay for our extended family reunion. The two showers upstairs do not maintain temperature but instead suddenly switch between ice cold and burning hot, but the downstairs shower was fine. We appreciated the extra fridge in the garage to keep all of our food and beverages cold. The upstairs air conditioning units are so loud that we didn’t run them at night, and the master toilet needs the flapper replaced because the toilet was running constantly. The deck view is gorgeous, and we loved playing games around the huge dining table. The location is so convenient. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Super fun, super easy stay by the lake

We had a sister trip and stayed here for two nights. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Views were gorgeous. I had to contact the owner at one point and she got right back to me!!

We had a group of 4 couples and stayed for 2 nights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the views were STUNNING and I can imagine spring/summer could only be better! We particularly enjoyed the living area- the couches were all very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens to go around. It was easy to find, nice parking right at the place and extra parking was just around the corner. Just a really great experience!

Spent Thanksgiving at this home and it was great! Plenty of space for two families. We enjoyed the views of the lake and the sunrise each morning. Check in and out was easy. Community hot tub was a nice amenity. Overall a great place!

Our family enjoyed our getaway to Bear Lake. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Marina. The place was cozy and comfy. Good seating in the living room. Nice and clean. We did have a toilet clog on us but the owner took care of it in a timely manner. Beds for everyone.

We had a wonderful time. The home was too crowded for our group but we made it work. Pools and tennis courts were fun. We had 8 adults and 6 kids. Next time we will find a bigger place.
