This house is exactly as listed yet surpassed expectations. There were six of us on a girls weekend and it was exactly what we needed. The hot tub is amazing and looks right out on the mountain. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were hotel level. Thank you Jason for sharing your property and being so communicative!! We would definitely go back.

What a great few days in VT - wonderful home that easily accommodated my college age kids and our family perfectly! So close to Stratton village with tons to do, private enough to feel like you are ‘away’ and the incredible view of the mountain is fantastic! Jason is incredibly responsive and helpful with everything and anything. The only ‘call-out’ (very minor) is that there is a predominant winter/holiday theme throughout the house that felt odd since our visit was in August but, nothing that would keep us from visiting again!

Day was great. House was even better than expected. The view and location are spectacular. My only complaint, and it is a petty one are the communications around the rules and the scolding tone of the all caps. Don't use the decorative soap, seemed silly. I know, I said it was petty

Highly recommend! This was a great house for my families ski vacation. The location is perfect being only couple minutes from Stratton mountain, and the house is updated and beautiful. The owner was fantastic to work with and we look forward to staying at this home for our next vacation.

Jason gave us all the info we needed before we even left for our trip. Everything was very clean and as advertised. Place was easy to find. Driveway was plowed and salted (or graveled) for easy driving.

The house is great with seemingly room for two families (we had tons of extra space as a family of 4). Owner is friendly and responsive to all inquiries. We look forward to our return!

Perfect home to celebrate our daughter's 16th Birthday. Nice open floor plan with beautiful views of Stratton Mountain. Our daughter and her friends made so many wonderful memories hanging together in the hot tub and sauna, playing games near the fireplace,toasting marshmallows and shopping at the outlets in nearby Manchester. So many laughs!! Memories we will cherish FOREVER.. Jason deserves 10 stars.. He's a wonderful host, very quick with communicating before and after our trip creating the PERFECT stay. Thank you Jason for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend!!

As regular renters we're always anxious when renting a new place. First impression of the home was large, modern and clean with views of the Stratton slopes from the living room. Jason was great every step of the way. Sometimes you really get what you expect. This property is now on our future short list of rentals.

Gorgeous location with a beautiful view. It is a comfortable house and nicely decorated. The outdoor fire pit was a great amenity that was well used during our stay.

There were 6 adults and one pooch in our group. This house has a wonderful flow to it. Very open, lots of windows with plenty of sunlight, and a terrific view of Stratton! The foliage was breathtaking. The location is just down the road from Stratton which was perfect for us. We attended the Brewfest at Stratton which was alot of fun. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. There were problems with the hot tub, so sadly, we were not able to use it. :-( Jason was great with trying to address the issues, but it just wasn't possible. There was plenty of space for us and plenty of bathrooms, towels, and linens. Everything was very organized and labeled. Jason was very prompt with communications prior to our visit, during, and after and very receptive to the feedback we provided. We enjoyed our stay and loved the area.

Jason was a wonderful host and very quick with communicating before our trip. The house was perfect for our group (myself/husband our dog and two children Under 2) as well as our parents and brother. Enough space to spread out, great views of Stratton throughout and a wonderful deck. So close to Stratton and surrounding areas! Will definitely look to come back.

Everything was just great and worked out perfect. Jason was very accommodating!

Bright blue sky ,with temperatures in the 70’s to 80 and a stunning view of Stratton Mountain was a great way to spend a vacation. The house is beautifully decorated. Easy access to the bedrooms ,only up about 8 steps and has 2 1/2 beautifully appointed bathrooms. It should be noted for those of us on the shorter side (5’5” and less) one of the beds is impossible to get on unless you bring a ladder. Other than that, the house is comfortable ,great open floor plan and Jason is easy to reach with any questions. Easy day trips to Woodstock and Manchester. FYI: The best burger ever is at Hex restaurant just before Manchester center. Homemade everything,from bread to desserts!

The house had a perfect layout since sleeping areas/bedrooms are not directly attached to living room and the deck area with hot tub. This allowed for people to sleep with others still awake.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, updated, and comfortable! Some of the cabinets/internal doors didn’t close properly, but that was a minor inconvenience.

This is a wonderful, modern home 2 minutes from Stratton. Thanks to Jason for being available for questions and being very detailed in making sure our stay was a success.

This home has the most amazing views of the mountain, its decorated so cute and has a great open layout. Bathrooms are beautiful and bedrooms are super comfy. Owner is super responsive. Our second time staying here and will definitely be back!

This was our first time visiting VT. Jason's house is wonderful. So close to the mountain and loved the hot tub and the view. The whole family had so much fun, we are still talking about it weeks later and cannot wait to go back.

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is only 5 minutes from Stratton and it was wonderful to come home after skiing to the hot tub, the sauna and a cozy fire. The open plan made it perfect for socializing while making dinner. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We look forward to our next visit!

This was our first stay in a slopeside property at Stratton Mountain. The owner was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. The home was clean and the perfect fit for 2 families. We really enjoyed the incredible views of the slopeside mountain and it was only a 3-minute drive to the base Stratton. We can't wait to go back again!

My wife and I brought our dog for a relaxing 3 night stay. The home was super nice, clean, updated and had amenities like a hot tub and amazing view of the mountain. Very nice and quiet area with nice homes neighboring the property. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful clean house and mountain view in fall season. Only the driver way need to improve and the house number 34 is missing 4 number on the tree and need to be added to guide the visitor visible to find .

We absolutely loved our stay here - the home once you step inside is updated top to bottom with plenty of windows and natural light and set up for prime comfort. The windows leading to the deck have a prime view of Stratton, and you can relax in the hot tub on the deck and see the mountain as well. Inside is everything you need with a clean and tastefully decorated at each turn. We will be staying here again!!

This was a perfect place for our three families to stay during a local soccer tournament. The view is incredible! The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were a fun bonus! Plenty of bathrooms and space for all of us!
