Absolutely amazing place! Classy and stylish, at the same time makes you feel like at home. Totally equipped with everyting one needs. Stunning view! Very near to the town center and local beaches. The host is super friendly and cooperative, helps with logistics befor the arrival and advice about the area during the stay. We wil definitely visit again!

Efstathios was so welcoming friendly and helpful even cutting a fragrant rose from the private garden for my wife and daughter upon arrival. The apartment had stunning views across the bay. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the old fishing harbour with some lovely harbour side restaurants. Walking distance the opposite way was the old town and port with countless shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby beaches were available we chose to drive half an hour to different beaches We loved our stay ❤️ 💜

The location of the house is superb, it's fully equipped with everything you need, spotlessly clean rooms. Tavernas and shops are nearby at a walking distance. The host is super friendly and answers all your requests. He recommended us the best taverna! The balcony is just above the sea and the view..... the view is just breathtaking! It's definitely one of the best places we've been in Greece. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

The apartment was pretty spacious, with everything you need in order to enjoy the staying, the view from the balcony was very nice, pretty close to the city center - about 15 -20 min walking distance.

The fact that in the rooms, at night was a lot of noise coming from the boulevard, as the apartament is placed at the street and they were very loudly and leave the impression that the truck or car will enter the house. With a better soundproof rooftop and windows i think the problem will be solved / or with earplugs.

Amazing place, it is designed to be a home, not a rental property. It is fully equipped with everything you would need to feel comfortable. The view! The balcony is right above the sea and the view is outstanding. We had breakfasts, dinners there, enjoyed the view, listened to the sea, watched the moon path, counted the boats the kids. You have your own parking slot which is absolute luxury for this city. The location is very good, between the center and a small harbor with tavernas. You would want to be a bit out of the center if you bring lots of luggage and want to use your car daily with the kids. The internet is also good. I had some work arrangements and joined a couple of conference video calls without any issues. The connection is good enough even on the balcony. Stati, the host, is very friendly and available to help with anything.

The view is so good, that you can just ignore everything else...

This îs one of the best places we have been în Greece. We had a very good time there. We will certainly come back.

Location, panorama

We rented a house in Kavala Greece for 3 adults and 1 kid (11 years old) . One week later our friends joined us in the villa and we wanted to add 2 persons via booking.com but that was not possible. The landlord came bye and pressed us to pay 500€ for 10 days as he advertise for 6 people. Friends slept on a couche in the living room. Via booking.com we would have paid 267€ , but no discussion possible he said. We were not prepared for his hostile behaviour where he treated us to throw us out of his house. We insisted to get a invoice or proof of payment which he constantly refused but eventually gave as we would have gone to the police. He also did not wanted to inform booking.com of the extra payment and his intention was very obvious that he did not want to pay tax and booking.com commission over the 500€. Anyway if that was all he disturbed our privacy almost every day. Without announcement he watered the plants around the house and informed us that if small scratches came on the kitchen panels he would charge us 200€ per panel!! We really had a terrible experience with this host. He complains about the laundry as other renters come directly after our stay and and and…. It really overshadowed our holiday 😔 Also the house was to much decorated with deco, everywhere there was something , it makes it very angious to live for a rent house. This host is really not capable for renting out, as he cannot let his renters in comfort and privacy .

The position of the house is perfect. Shops, restaurants and a long sandy beach are very close. The house has a beautiful sea view, which is invaluable. The house is big, the interior of the house looks exactly the same as in the pictures. The beds are large and comfortable. The owner of the house is very cordial and kind. You have your complete peace, and he comes or answers your call immediately if you need anything. This has been one of the most beautiful vacations so far, I totally recommend it to others as well. It will definitely not be the last time of our vacation there👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks very much to the owner for fantastic the hospitality

Everyting was perfekt.

This great villa is on the beach. New, very modern, clean, cozy and comfortable. It has new appliances and all the necessary dishes, a coffee machine and coffee. All rooms were individually air-conditioned and the bedrooms had very comfortable large beds, new and clean linens. The bathroom is new and modern, with constant hot water, hair dryer, cosmetics, washing machine and enough towels. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a cozy artistic setting. And with a unique view of the beautiful Aegean Sea from the windows of the living area and the great veranda over the water. We were in the villa for a few days with our children and we are very pleased because we had everything we needed. Near the villa there are several very good restaurants on the beach and the fishing port, which are only a few minutes walk away. The hosts are very kind and helpful! We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a very good attitude. We recommend this great place in the beautiful city of Kavala.
