Very good location, near the beach , the apartment is spaceous and clean, with everything you need,. Elena is a nice host, who will help you with anything.

Excellent place to be for us in a one week vacation. Situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, not to far but also not to close to the city center , I think is the ideal place for someone who don't necessarily like the downtown noise and agitation. Nevertheless , the city center is within a 3 km walk which makes it perfectly accessible by foot. We had a wonderful relation with our host Eleni, a charmful lady who brought us a bunch of useful information about the surrounding area. The apartment itself was extremely clean, very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We felt really, really good.

We really liked the accomodation, it was very nice and cozy, also the lady that welcomed us was very nice. It was helpfull to find a list with beaches, restaurants, places to visit inside the center and outside the city and some snacks in the fridge.

Everything was perfect.

The appartment is very well situated, 2 minutes walk from the Kalamitsa beach. Consider also that Nea Iraklitsa,Palio, Ammolofoi beaches are reachable through the exit of the town close to the appartment so you don't have to cross all the town to reach this exit. You can take the bus to the city center for an evening walk, make a half hour foot walk or take a taxi ( around 6-7 euros). The appartment is very spacious, it can accommodate even a family with 2 children without feeling crowded, with AC in both rooms, very well equipped kitchen and has a nice and large front terrace. You will find in the fridge when you will arrive anything you need for a quick breakfast in the next days so you can enjoy your first days without running to the shop after arriving. Also I have to mention that Elena 1 is exactly te next door appartment so for a group of two families ( we were such a group) the location is just perfect. Elena is very helpful, she helped us with any information we asked and changed the sheets and towels at the middle of our vacation. Thank you for a very nice and pleasant stay in your appartments, for the arrival and goodbye presents. Although Greece has many great places to see we really hope we will get back to Kavala and of course to Elena's appartments.

This year, despite the pandemic, we still decided to go on vacation to Greece. We did tests for COVID and received an electronic confirmation of entry into the country and set off...The trip passed without any surprises, and two more tests were selectively taken at the Greek border... I always choose a city or village to live in very carefully. This time we booked an apartment in Kavala. Everything that is in the description and in the photo was in this apartment - from the sandwich maker to the washing machine. Hostess Elena was very hospitable. We stopped at the apartment at four o'clock in the morning and Elena met us, gave us the keys and explained everything and showed us what works and how... The kitchen had all the necessary Cutlery - cups, glasses, glasses, frying pan, refrigerator, toaster, geyser coffee maker. Also, we would like to pay special attention to all sorts of bonuses! In the kitchen cupboard you can find coffee, sugar, jam, honey, butter, wine. There was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The beach and shop are within walking distance. The beach is sandy and very clean! If possible, we will definitely come again!

A stationary grill was missing.

It is our home from Kavala. It is very clean everything. It is near the beach, has two yards, one in front and one in back of the apartment. We have clean sheets, shampoo, soap, dish soap. Eleni put in the refrigerator wine, cheese, bacon, butter and jam. Thank you Eleni! Also, at the departure, she give us home made jam an specific sweets of Kavala.
