Great spot to get a bunch of people together. No frills other than location and size but exactly as advertised. Excellent vacation spot

Loved the home and everyone had a great time .

This summer we took our first big family vacation with 14 extended family members and Triple Seas was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous with just a short walk to the beach. Our family loved the private pool and utilized it daily! Overall the house was in good condition. However there were several outlets that were loose or didn’t work and missing their covers. We also found several nails/glass in the covered driveway due to recent renovations to the house. Unfortunately our check in was delayed due to cleaning and we couldn’t get into the house until 4:30. With all of that being said, we would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time and we felt like this was the perfect house for us!

Sleeping arrangements was perfect. Only draw back kitchen needs to be updated with baking dishes and covered casseroles.

We couldn't have had a better time. Between the beach and the pool was amazing!!! House was very clean. Restaurant, Ice cream, and little store in walking condition. We had 10 adults and 11 kids ranging from 12 - 8 months. Plenty of space. Great way to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family !!!! We had an issue with a tub handle and they were quick to respond !!!

We had a wonderful time with family. Can't wait to do it again this summer.

We knew from the reviews that the house was older and some items were not in good repair and the price reflects that. Everything was clean and the management company was extremely responsive. I would recommend taking a good knife, pans, and any utensils you cannot live without while cooking. The two fridges were a lifesaver and the washer and dryer were new and worked great. It was difficult to find good outlets that held electronics chargers, they seemed to fall out if they had any weight to them. There was plenty of towels for showers, though bring beach towels. It also would be nice if there were a nonslip rug inside the living room patio door for wet feet. We had 9 girls, age 5 to 68 for the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beach area.

Property was as advertised. Management handled our service request immediately and followed up to make sure everything was good.

Triple seas is about a 5 minute drive to the hangout and the pink pony pub. Roughly about 25 minutes to other attractions, like The Gulf (get the lobster roll!) and the pirate ship cruise! Also, the track is a fun place to go Thankfully, this home was close to the attractions and was beach front because the house itself is far from lagging. I hope you enjoy a weeks worth of sand on your feet, because the vacuum cleaner was broken. But have no fear, the handy dandy broom is there to pick up every piece. The patio furniture is run down, and some were completely broken, with screws sticking out. We did reach out about this, and we were brought about 8 flimsy plastic chairs. The pool lounger pads are at least 8 years old, with barely any cushion. The pool was a lovely algae green on our first day, but thankfully was cleaned the next day. There are large pieces of siding missing, to the point the bunk area was leaking during a storm. One of the upstair bedroom AC units was broken, and there’s odd windows that you can see into some of the bedrooms. Looking to charge your phone? That won’t happen in the upstair king bedroom, as nothing stays into the plugs up there. Also, be prepared to wake up with the sun! There are blinds on some of the windows, but not all, and there aren’t any curtains if you have littles that need naps during the day. In addition, if you’re an unpacker, this probably isn’t the best house. The closets are filled with random stuff, especially the closet under the stairs. Furniture and decor were literally thrown in there. The upstair bedroom closest had broken furniture thrown into them. The pantry was locked, and completely unusable, so we had to improvise with the other cabinets. Another reason why it’s great there are so many restaurants nearby? The grill is completely unusable. We typically like to grill and hang out at the house one night of our vacation, but the grill was full of yuck and completely rusted out. To make your stay more enjoyable, I suggest bringing: over the door hooks because there is no where to hang wet bath towels,hand soap for bathrooms, extra kitchen towels (there was only one). It wasn’t all gloom and doom, the bunk area was pretty cool for the bigger kids.The beach area is very clean and the powdery sugar sand was perfect for lounging. Also, there are two refrigerators, which is a must for multiple families! Lastly, the home felt clean on our first day, which is always appreciated.

Renting was easy

We had a great time. However there we’re not enough kitchen linens, upstairs bedroom with window overlooking family area could use a curtain or something for privacy. Could have useD larger or more bathrooms

My husband & I are celebrating our 50th anniversary this summer, so we gathered our kids & grands to join us for a week at Triple Seas beach house! (All of us traveled from IL & MO.) We couldn't have chosen a better place to enjoy each other, the beach, & the surrounding area! The location of this house was ideal . . . within walking distance or a short drive to many eateries & shops . . . and best of all, right on our own stretch of beach. There were 17 in our family: 8 adults & 9 kids (ages 5-18). There was plenty of living space so that we didn't feel on top of each other at any time. Plenty of beds. The youngest kids loved the bunk loft! The main deck was great for outdoor eating & playing for the kids, & one evening we all had a dance party! Plenty of wooden chairs & a couple round tables. The lower deck with the swimming pool was a big hit, too. The pool wasn't huge, but we were thankful to have it, & it was used multiple times throughout every day & evening! The large gas grill was virtually unusable because it was chock-full of sand & debris, & we just didn't want to take the time to clean it out; however, we did use the small charcoal grill that was under the raised house in the parking area. It required minimal cleaning when we arrived, & we left it in good shape. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for most basic cooking. (We had brought our own paper plates, plastic silverware & glasses, just to make things easy.) We were surprised & happy to see that there was a 2nd full fridge/freezer in the laundry room, which came in very handy. The dining area was very nice too. The 2nd day we were there, we noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working, & when we reported it the next day, a repairman was there that very afternoon! Overall, the house was very clean & in good shape. The loft-type seating area upstairs had been converted to a bedroom since we first saw it on VRBO & rented it last fall, which was a nice surprise that really helped our needs! The furniture in the main living area was new & very comfortable. The only relatively minor complaint we had was the main door going out to the deck. It didn't pull closed easily; you had to pull it shut & turn the knob to ensure that it stayed closed. Otherwise, it swung all the way open & stayed open. For the kids, it was a pain, & we found the door accidentally open a lot. It's particularly beat up & "cruddy" from the outside & probably just needs to be replaced.

The management team was phenomenal! There were some lack of communications between the owner & management team on repairs that were being made to the house, but they were all super helpful & professional in getting that cleared up. The house does need some updates, which I think they’re trying to work on. I would recommend getting as much done as possible in the off-season when the house is vacant instead of when guests are there. The house is the very best location you could imagine!! We were able to seamlessly go back & forth between the beach & pool all week! We look forward to coming back!

9 girls plus 3 ladies, senior trip. House was great for group of high school girls on senior trip. House does need some updates. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils. Need a vacuum that works. Some people actually do like to vacuum up sand etc. one sub par broom was all we had to get sand cleaned up. We did see a few roaches. Overall good place for beach trip

Small thing but something to think about for families with young children. The other small con was - surprisingly there were hardly any forks there. Enjoyed the house, pool, and location! Had a couple of small hiccups during the stay and property manager got it taken care of in a matter of minutes. People before us I guess had a couple more complaints but it was taken care of before we got there. AC upstairs was working great, ice machine didn’t work but we prefer to buy our own ice anyways. Tons of beach equipment was in the pool storage room And we left plenty too. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shameful for the price we paid to have so many issues. A/C out in the loft that had 4BEDS that we were UNABLE to use. This caused sleeping issues. Some ceiling fans did not work especially the one over the dining area. There was a broken glass window in the main area. Many ceiling lights were not working. Kitchen pans were rusted and there was NO ICE in either refrigerator. The Crye Leike Management company was very nice and professional and I would use them again. The working A/C vents dripped down in the bedrooms and kitchen. On arriving cleaning service had to return. This place needs a deep cleaning.

Due to that we spent around 2 days indoors. The house was run down, but decent. Pool is much much smaller than pics give it credit for. The walk to the beach was easy and close. The kitchen was pretty unorganized with several things but older randomly scattered. Not much left over cabinet space for food as the pantry is locked. It was nice having two refrigerators. The washer and dryer worked fine but definitely old. The location was great as far as restaurants and traffic. We had an issue with trash service, upon arrival the trash was full and not taken out, we had to wait 2 days for that. I think that triple seas is due for a big makeover inside and out.

We had a wonderful family trip. The house, pool and beach were great!

It was a great stay. The cleaning people could do a little bit better job, we found travel soap container from last guest still in the tub. And they showed up to clean an hour early on our last day, but that's ok because we were all packed up and ready to go anyway. All in all it was a great vacation and we will be back.

This was a great family vacation right on beach close to restaurants and shopping. Right on beach made it great when some family members wanted to get in out of sun. Property was clean and management was very responsive

Overall we really enjoyed the beach house. It is spacious and well-equipped with the essentials. The TV in the downstairs bedroom (with bunk beds) didn’t work. Everything else was in good working order.

This review is over due! The house was perfect for an all girls trip to Alabama. Plenty of parking and sleeping space for our large group. The living kitchen and dinning area was open enough so that our group could all be hanging out inside while we cooked meals or made drinks. The pool was perfect and the view is amazing! Just can’t say enough about this space! There’s also a liquor/convenient store less than a two minute walk away. 10/10 would go again.
