酒店位置比较好
不满意。1.我预定了四间房，但是达到酒店后服务人员告诉我只有三间房，但是我没有收提前收到通知，导致我们有一个人没有办法入住，酒店并没有给与补偿措施。2. 酒店位置虽然比较市中心，但是楼层只有两层楼，视野不好，酒店设施比较老旧，房间里没有空调，比较热。3. 前台人员开立发票时改了好几次，不是很细心。

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Aralia! The room was excellent, providing a comfortable and inviting space to relax. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Without a doubt, I'll be eagerly looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future!

usually a Villa comes with a garden. this one does not have one. But, is rich of art. loved it.

Friendly staff responsive to clients' needs - editing invoices, washing cherries bought at a local market. A delicious moroccan tea offered upon arrival. The same tea is offered at breakfast. Omelette was delicious - a must try.
Check-out time at 12:00 - more than reasonable. We really felt welcome.
The neighbourhood was calm, safe and beautiful. We enjoyed strolls in the area immensely.
Impossible to reach the hotel through Booking.com email - I had to make a long distance phone call.
Bread at breakfast could have been better. Air conditioning in the room was making a strange noise and kept us awake at night. We booked with one week's advance. The price was rather expensive; I imagine it was because of an international conference held during the same week.

everything was great, ai think it was a good choice when choosing villa aralia. Adil and Wassim were great and very helpful and they always wanted my comfort.
sure I will be coming again to Rabat and I will choose to stay there.

The property was really nice. I stayed there for 6 nights. I enjoyed my stay there, however I really loved the service of breakfast lady in the morning and the night auditor named Ouassim.

Breakfast was ok
Room I got,was in the first floor in entrance. Couldnt open window because of the cars, and people. When complained to the staff, was told,that this is the room I booked! But, it was not written anywhere that it will be so noicy!! And had to pay 300dhm xtra for to change the room to another floor!! Toooo poor service to a 4 star hotel! Will definetly not recommend or book again!
