I come to Peaceful Stay regularly as their service is really good. They are happy to customise to our choice and are very accommodative of our request. Staff is always ready to help and serve. Excellent food options and quality food as per your choice and preference.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was very friendly. The house keeping department was super helpful. The food quality was very good. Definitely a must visit for the next time as the stay was very good.

I don't like anything. There is a money scam, at the time of booking it shows the cost of 640+GST something. But when you each there then they told you that "sir you need to pay extra amount, as this is not updated price, we have ask management to update the price, but they didn't update yet" Same reply I got from hotel staff 2 months ago in march when we had booking from Oyo app. So they will charge extra. Because in that area there is no other hotel. No good behaviour, no good service, poor rating. Two other families refuse to check in because there were cockroaches in room and they left the hotel.

No food is provided , No TV in the room though photos on website showed TV , no soap ,shampoo in washroom, no water bottles, lots of mosquitoes . quiet small rooms not good for family

nothing ! literally nothing . From Receptionist to the room ambience, everything is unappreciable.

1- receptionist/staff . Reason : pre-booked property for 2nights but we have got the most disliked room where nor the ac was working neither fan and we got convinced by the staff saying “it is the best room of all” before payment. 2- staff behaviour was damn rude . 3- lift was not working as we got the room on 4th floor . 4- Room floor was not clean at all.nothing was clean (bed-sheet, curtain, floor, bathroom, bucket mug ) everything was so dirty . I wish I could have shared all the pics I have clicked for a better proof but alas ! only 4 pics can be shared here ..

I would like to say that Oyo booking rate did not apply in hotel when customer reach there hotel staff charges more than Oyo booking.
