the room was really nice. there’s a nice swimming pool and restaurant. the staff was polite

THE NOISE!!! in the same property there’s a gym and they turn the music really loud, you can hear the music clearly in the rooms. and in the pool they also turn the music very loud

this property really surprised us as it was a last minute booking and there was t anything else. the rooms were really clean. we had our first powerful hot shower for weeks. the staff were really great. not sure if the hotel do beach runs but if they did this would be a 10/10

the beds could really do with being bigger. we were 2 adults and two teens and the beds were squished

We were disappointed with the hotel facilities. The wi-fi was non existent most of the time and when it did occasionally work, was very slow. This was an issue for us as our daughter was studying for some exams and needed access to the internet for her revision and we needed to research and book excursions. In our room, the showers were luke warm at best. For the above reasons we had no option but to cancel the rest of our booking. We understood from the Receptionist that we would incur a cancellation fee of 50% as we had not given the required 2 week's notice. This however turned out not to be the case with the remainder of the full amount going through our credit card the next day. We emailed the company and they were not prepared to reverse any of the charge.

Layout and location

Very little selection of food or drink for a place advertised as a restaurant and resort. Also no way to contact staff who were frequently unavailable and have very little English. The pool was nice but not clean and the flies made it impossible to enjoy the relatively decent breakfast. (It’s not self service. So staff also tended to be a little bit stingy with portions and slow or unable to fulfill simple requests.)
