This is just to make it even easier for other guests: (there's nothing I didn't like, N/A) - Place palm in front of screen of digital locks - Don't try to touch with finger, they aren't like phone touchscreens - After typing the access code, always TURN LOCK TO LEFT to unlock door

I liked the condition of the accommodation. It was clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. I had difficulty in opening the London bedroom door but was assisted by Mr through a WhatsApp video call. He was very helpful. I did not use many facilities but was happy with the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Nothing in particular but it was a cold because I couldn’t operate the heating system.

Comfy bed Large wardrobe Smart TV Quiet and warm Common areas are cleaned every day to a high standard Nice and pleasant owner Shared bathroom but I've stayed for 4 nights and had no trouble with showering etc, definitely not overcrowded! Kitchen with all appliances

Small mould on the wall but I believe it's due to condensation and previous guests not opening the window!

The shower was not hot enough even on max settings

I liked the automatic self-checking in and out system.

The room had poor noise insulation and I could hear another guest's TV at 2am.
