The room was nice and big

We stayed 6 nights and our room wasn't cleaned once!! The hygiene in this hotel is absolutely horrible. We asked for fresh towels and they told us we would have to pay 25Eur if we wanted new ones. I have travelled a lot, in many countries and have stayed in many hotels but never experienced something like this. Also, beware that it is a 30min drive to Barcelona if you include all the traffic and parking etc. And the parking is very expensive.

The hotel is very well organized, everything is practical - you go straight from the underground parking to your apartment. Two smart tv's, functional kitchenette and a big bed, great value for Barcelona area. You definitely need to rent a car.

Our room was not cleaned nor the amenities were replaced during a 6 day stay, even though we put the reminder on the door knob. I don't know if that's included in the price, but it should be.

Good value at its price. The room and facilities inside are clean and function well.

The path inside the parking lot is narrow and the space is tied. Since my visit is during low peak season, I would suggest staff to arrange parking spot more loosing and not pack all cars in the same area. Shall consider providing a kettle.

walls between apartments are abit thin, so you can hear your neighbors and I guess they can hear you.

It is easy to find, there is usually available parking outside of the property and the room is spacious, clean and has most of what you need. The staff has been always very kind.

Though Jordi was always very approachable all the way, the booking was a nightmare from the beginning. Had to pay in advance as we were arriving after 20:00 and it was an endless uncomfortable process, to say something. The room has just what you need for a day but in winter you freeze, there are no blankets even though we asked. Option was to switch on the heating all night long, but this made a creaky sound in the room which made sleeping imposible. We asked to clean the room but was not done and had just enough gel and shampoo for a day. The location is great but has literally nothing around, so be prepared to take the car for anything.

Modern apartment, well fitted, helpful staff

Water damage above shower in one room. Caused apartment to smell of mold and cause bad allergic reaction for my cousin.
