This is a great house for families with children. Everything is new, clean, new house, new technics. There is a small garden around the house with two exits to the street from the first floor. A large common courtyard for two houses, but there is a fenced part of the courtyard with tables and sun loungers, its own lawn where children can play. The garden has an orange tree, pomegranates and grapes. The kitchen had everything you need: refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, electric stove, oven, large dishwasher, 3 types of coffee makers, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a large TV (we were able to connect an iphone via AirPlay and watch movies over the Internet). Excellent fast WiFi, I was able to easily hold meetings on Skype and Zoom, we watched movies over the Internet in HD quality without any problems. On the second floor there is a second bathroom and two bedrooms (total 4 places for adults). The sofa on the ground floor cannot be expanded. The owner Stelios was constantly in touch and helped us with our questions. Walk to the beach and cafes on the embankment for 10-15 minutes (there is an underground passage under the road). The beach in this place is simply excellent, for the children we liked it more than in Malia, since the entry into the water is shallower. There is a coral island 300 meters from the shore (not alive), where it was interesting to swim. The most delicious restaurant we have found is Maria's Golden Beach (Greek and Italian). With children, you should definitely go to Dinosauria park, it's very cool there. The house is located in a very quiet place, cars very rarely drive by, in the evenings it is quiet. In general, everything was excellent, the house fully met our expectations! One funny moment: when we took a taxi to the house several times, all the drivers said: "Wow, this is a very luxurious and expensive house"))

The apartments are of the highest quality, clean and comfortable. A fantastic location, quiet yet convenient to town. Short walk to great beaches and a huge choice of restaurants and bars.
