A lovely positioned property, nicely planted up for privacy from others around it, and with sea views and well thought out extras - like the sail that shaded the verandah when it was sunny. It was even comfortable to sit on the covered verandah sofas and watch a massive storm roll in from the sea. We liked the heated pool - necessary in November - and the pool cover, which made a big difference to keeping the heat in. The beds were comfy and had extra pillows and a cosy blanket for cooler nights. In the kitchen there was everything that we needed including large mugs: so important for a morning cup of tea! Tina was very welcoming and super helpful regarding restaurants, areas to visit and the house & pool , which was much appreciated.

The only thing we were disappointed about was that electricity is charged extra - no problem about that, happy to pay for the pool to be warmer in November and we didn’t need air con - but that the units used are charged at a much higher rate than the energy company’s charge that we researched, so we felt overcharged by about €35 right at the end.

The villa is spacious and well equipped, the pool and outside area was glorious with lots of little areas to explore. you can walk down to the beach which was empty and the sea was turquoise! just perfect.

Coming here mid September the weather was a steady 30 degrees and the sea was warm and beach v v quiet. It’s a 10 min walk to get down to the beach along quite uneven ground which is worth mentioning. It’s NOT “beachfront”. The aircon in the bedroom worked well at nights. The mosquito screens (day) were appreciated. The pool was a good depth and size. The lady who manages the property was very nice and sensible. We were allowed a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. The outside was attractive and well maintained and had lots of areas to sit in and use shade etc. well thought out.

I would have appreciated clearer written directions. We were delayed and it was pitch black on arrival and really needed directions rather than a pin in a Google map. I did ask for them but did not receive. There’s a large scale building project at the back of the property. The kitchen is very small- photos are wide angle lense. The furnishings and bathrooms etc are very dated. The master bed was small and rather hard. Could do with some new pillows/ better bed linens. Sunloungers were practical but without cushions so rather hard on ageing backs! We didn’t have pets or children but it’s worth noting that the house is v close the road and the left hand gate for the drive is broken so a child etc would have to be watched carefully. Having said this we had a very relaxing week and am just passing on these suggestions/ comments to manage expectations.

The location is excellent, the villa is exceptional, well equipped and with very convenient architecture and furnishings. We missed no comfort and we are eager to plan another vacation to the same property.

Villa was great. Garden beautiful. Many places to move around, you have great sea opening from top terase, as well two additional places down stairs. Tasty welcomepack. Stony beach, but quite and really close by umbrella service if needed.

One bed side upstairs was bit used. Bit short on toilet paper, but seems it just standard in Cyprus in self catering. Going to beach 5 min, which is close, but from pictures seemed it is closer :) Electricity goes on top. Need clear information about special charges in description prior ordering. Probably it would be more convenient with Booking payment options.

Everything was perfect . It felt like home . The house was clean as well as the pool. The most important was the location of the house which was a three-minute walk from the beach .

Location, 5 min walking to the beach (or 2 min by car). Sea view. Very clean. Swimming pool. BBQ facilities. Design. Furniture. Veranda

A couple of small things that would make a great vacation even better: No Cypriot TV channels. No machine for frappe. Extra pay for electricity, that it was a very small amount, so extra worries for nothing - maybe air-condition should be paid extra, if necessary
