เดินทางสะดวกใกล้สถานีรถไฟ JR กับใต้ดิน ห้องพักสะอาด ที่นอนหมอนหลับสบาย เงียบสงบดี สามารถนำกระเป๋าเดินทางมาฝากก่อน check in ได้ และเมื่อมาถึงโรงแรมในตอนค่ำกระเป๋าของท่านจะอยู่ในห้องพักเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ค่อนข้างรอลิฟต์ลงนาน ขนาดห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่สองใบจะเปิดลำบากหน่อยแทบจะไม่มีที่เดิน

離 御徒町、上野廣小路 都很近 步行五分鐘可以到 阿美橫丁、uniqlo、也有24小時藥妝店 每天都會客房整理視情況補水

應該算沒提供早餐，早餐要帶一樓咖啡館訂購用餐 冬季大樓風很大，走在其他附近街道上沒什麼風，飯店快到大門 大樓風很大，冬季要注意保暖。 房間暖氣不能調整，住了幾晚熱幾晚（我比較怕熱，所以對我而言就是熱的不舒服會流汗）

A localização é excelente, próximo ao mercado de Ueno e ao Parque de Ueno, que é lindo demais. É uma região fácil também para se locomover, perto de diversas estações e super fácil de chegar do aeroporto.

Os funcionários foram rudes quando cheguei, assim que cheguei, avisaram sobre a limpeza no ar condicionado nos 2 dias que estaria no hotel, era impossível mudar a temperatura do quarto. Então no inverno, o quarto era um calor insuportável, o quarto também era extremamente pequeno.

Location is great, 5-10 min walk to/from Skyliner Ueno Station, 2 min from JR Okachimachi Station, just next to Parco. Full of eateries around the area. Hotel is clean, compact but with everything you need.

the location of the hotel is excellent with walking distance access to multiple subway and JR stations. Room is small which is normal in Tokyo. Our family stayed in two rooms. Free drinks in lobby. You can monitor the progress of your washing on the TV.

Found some hair in the bathroom.

location was good. It was near familymart and train station. Uniqlo and GU are walking distance. In front of it is a mall. very near shopping district. there is a free coffee at the lobby. You may also do laundry.

as with other hotels in Tokyo, rooms are very small. It is better to get 2 rooms than their family room since the family room is really small for 2 adults with 2 kids. Receptionist speaks little English but there's always google translate.

客房服務可能在處理事情的態度上會讓人有些許不舒服，但大部分的客房服務人員都很好，也熱於溝通，即使語言不通也可以使用翻譯app

The location was great as it’s near convenient stores and train station.

Lack of facilities and room size for three was a bit small.

Though the room size is not that big but all the facilities are provided.Only thing one has to be aware that there is one more hotel with the same name and if you are coming by taxi then in all probability the taxi driver will take you to a wrong place.Pl ensure that the driver feeds the exact address.

Location may be difficult to locate.

Clean and convenient to a number of train lines. Mattress was comfortable.

No coffee in the room. Uncomfortable pillow. Included breakfast was terrible plus no Japanese breakfast offered. Rooms have very little space to put anything. Washer/Dryer combo works very poorly and couldn’t dry my clothes. Bathroom was tiny.

Loved the vouchers for breakfast at Coffee-kan! Fun neighborhood to walk around, close to the train station, easy transit. Service is good, though nothing above and beyond. Clean and quiet rooms.

Small rooms, like most Tokyo hotels--not a big deal if you're used to it or know what to expect going in. Bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste as well, but that's also pretty common in Tokyo in my experience.

We loved breakfast. The neighborhood was safe and awesome. The staff was excellent. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of, on my first few nights ever in Japan.

The location of hotel very near to train station, restaurants and shopping mall. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Their staffs also very friendly and always have a smile when you saw them.

Hope that the washing machine working time which showing on TV can be more accurate. One of them didn't working well which showing quite a big gap between from TV and real time.
