A nice modern apartment, excellently hosted by Annie, who made us feel very welcome.

Excellent location, realy clean and comfortable apartment. Close to shops and train station. Realy safe and nice area. Disneyland very close. 2 adults and 3 kids (under 9) we found the apartment great for what we wanted.

Location was good, so were the apartment facilities. Loved the apartment decor. Host was readily available when we needed assistance.

Curtains were see through, therefore no privacy at night.

Everything was exactly as in the picture. Superclean and in one word perfect. The owner, Annie, was super helpfull and unbilivably kind. She went above and beyond to help is during, and even before our stay. She helpend in advising what the best way was to go to Disneyland and to Paris Centre, as well as all the shopping malls in the area. This is now our go-to place when we will stay in Paris next time. We were a bit sceptic reading the previous comments, but all these reviews are spot-on. A fantastic location! Thank you for a great stay Annie 😊

Nothing. Everything was super.

Good communication beforehand and really friendly. We walked from the train station and got a little bit lost and Annie was really friendly. Quiet area and not too far from train station (bit of a walk with young children but definitely manageable). Great rooms and comfy sofa bed too. Well stocked kitchen and good bathroom, even a washing machine!

very clean and very convenient…supermarket nearby ..val D’europe is 20 min walk and Eurodisney is 7 min by car. Annie is a great host the apartment is well equipped..I highly recommend it.

Annie the host was excellent, she made our family very welcome and the facilities provided at the apartment are perfect for a family break at Disneyland. Parking was provided at the property (on request) and was very secure with an allocated garage that accommodated our Tesla perfectly. Note for EV drivers, there is no electric points in the garage, but this is not an issue as the supermarket / retail area that is only 2 minutes away has 22kw chargers that are free for 30 mins, and very reasonably priced for any duration beyond the free period.

this property is within easy walking distance to train station for Disney! we had a 5month old and 4 year old and there was plenty of facilities to cater for this inside.

Annie the host was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She kept in regular contact and answered any questions very quickly. She genuinely cared that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite Annie saying otherwise, her English is excellent - just don’t speak too quickly! :) She was lovely with our little girl, who thought Annie was wonderful. The property was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen has ovens, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob etc. and the bathroom has a washer-dryer. The property is on the ground floor with doors onto a little patio and grass area, that adds to the nice feel of the place. If driving, you’ll need access to the underground parking, which is super secure - you get your own underground locked garage, which is pretty tight on space, but parking is a premium in this area so it’s very welcome. Getting to Disney is simple and only about 10 minutes by car. There are shops and eateries nearby, including Aldi (note that it closes at 8pm). After arriving, we went to the recommended Graziella - I’m afraid I would not suggest going there. Not having good French was a problem, but we did not feel welcome and it was not an enjoyable start to our stay unfortunately. However, the area itself is really nice and quiet. Overall, the property was great and Annie obviously cares about her property and her guests.

It may be a British thing, but we like big pillows! :) There were no extras and the ones supplied were very thin. The shower is tricky to use without getting water all over the floor, because the barrier/divider is very short. The washer-dryer was a little tricky to use and we had to download an English manual, especially on how to use the dryer function. The TV is next to the double bedroom that children will very likely use. The sound goes right through, so we couldn’t watch TV with the sound on, if our little girl was trying to sleep. It was a pity that the TV has things such as Netflix and Prime, but with no subscription set up. We’ve been to UK properties where the owner has supplied a welcome pack or hamper, maybe with milk, bread, butter, jam etc. just so you can have a cup of tea and something small to eat, but nothing was supplied. We went to Aldi for supplies but they’d shut just before we got there. All these things were generally minor and we would happily stay here again, if maybe with some extra preparations our side.

absolutely fantastic!! worth every penny! very close to Disney and val de Europe train station. very comfortable beds. modern and exceptionally clean apartment. Annie who owns the apartment was very welcoming, helpful and gave us all the information we needed. we will most certainly be returning. Thank you Annie for a wonderful stay!

We experienced a warm welcome on arrival at the apartment. The contact with Annie was extremely friendly, felt familiar and we appreciated the hospitality. The apartment is fully equipped. Super neat and very clean. Light colours, with a warm decor. We have combined the stay with Disney Land and Paris. To Paris by metro is about 30 min. To Disney Land it is 3 min by metro (1 stop). You could also do it on foot, even with kids. You can easily walk to the metro station which is 1 km away from the apartment. A supermarket is 300 meters away. The apartment is quietly located in a new and green neighborhood. There is a garden with furniture. The beds are new and very good. There is a Nespresso and a complete kitchen equipment. It is a spacious apartment for 6 people. We will be back!

The location is perfect for a Disney or shopping adventure. It was clean and looked exactly like the photo. The host was friendly and accommodating. She even assisted with my luggage and navigating to the train station, which was only about a 5 min walk.
