Great value for money, brilliant host. The week we were there was very quiet with 2 other guests. Host is lovely and helpful. Lights downstairs go off at 10 pm. Very nice considering it is a hostel and sharing bathrooms/toilets. Very clean. If you come for the onsen, some onsen closes on a certain days of the week. Lovely experience to enjoy in Japan.

The location was excellent! It is right in town, within easy walking distance to the train station and all points of interest. The amenities exceeded expectations for a hostel, toothbrushes, 2 types of sunscreen, free towel, makeup wipes for the ladies, cotton swabs, even mouth wash..! Shared bathrooms were meticulously clean and the entire facility looks recently remodeled yet retains the original charms of its machiya roots. Also loved the yukata rental which comes with tabi socks, wooden geta, and a furoshiki to carry your towel to the onsens in.

空間與服務非常好，房間的質感很高且乾淨，床很舒適放鬆，算是數一數二躺過最好的，且附有衣架，有提前開好暖氣與除濕，房門是刷房卡管控，整體而言算是住過日式青旅房間品質最高的一間，另外由於我一個人，特地給我一大間全包，並且在選床位時，給我建議比較不會受到靠近走廊聲響打擾的位置。就價位來說CP值非常的高。 由於是老屋改造，相關隔音不會太好，晚上是會聽到隔壁房的咳嗽聲，另外廁所在一樓，需要下樓，這部分有過往住過類似的經驗，所以不認為是問題，可以接受。 位置靠近車站大約走路6～7分鐘，斜對面是便利商店很方便。 店員英文很好且流利，口音不會重，很熱心仔細地介紹每一個環節，並主動提供免費出租毛巾，浴衣出租則要1000円。沒有附七大外湯通票，需要自行另外購買。

關於總評分我想了很久，我看其他評論感覺店家很注重商譽，但還是以反應我事發當下的心情為主，並順便讓更多人知道。 事情大致上是這樣的：當天早上大約上午11:16分抵達並放置行李，跟會說英文的店員說”after 6pm check in”後便離開，之後用完晚餐回到旅舍約晚上8:40左右，被告知已經比check in 時間晚了1個多小時，然後要收2000円的費用。 首先，沒有注意到7 pm是check in 截止時間是我自己沒提前看仔細的問題，而店家也從晚上6點陸續透過Booking傳訊息給我（最後8:34有傳一則簡訊說明每遲到一小時收1000円），只是不知為何手機Booking的訊息一直沒有跳通知出來，以致於到的時候才發現已經錯過了3則訊息，而「8:34才有提醒罰錢的簡訊」因為當時正走路前往旅舍沒有看到，總總因素對於以上的問題在此感到非常的抱歉。 然而，對於在一切不知情的情況下，要求收2000円這件事，當下其實感到非常錯愕，我可以理解此行為造成旅舍服務時間的不便，只是在事前沒有任何說明有提到晚到收錢的事情，網站、Booking 及口頭上皆沒提到，而我看了另外一名旅客晚到然後店家願意等待的評論也沒提到收錢的事，所以是否是因為我不回訊息所以在情緒上收了我這筆錢，還是說不管哪位客人只要遲到都會按照1000円/小時來收呢？ 因為晚到1小時多（算2小時的費用）的這筆錢幾乎快要跟一晚3000多円的住宿費用一樣，但最重要的還是沒有事先告知或寫在相關注意事項上，在沒提前告知下，這「罰錢的原則」又會不會隨著店家心情隨心所欲去變更呢？我真的很希望當我說after 6 pm 時能夠說明一下晚於7 pm罰錢的規定，如果有提前說，如真的遲到的話我也會無怨無悔的付。老實說如果沒有這種事情發生，按照其他方面的體驗這家絕對是可以打到10分沒問題的。 以上僅供參考，再度說明我確實沒注意好時間是我自己的問題，也尊重店家的經營模式，「只是如果談及任何形式的賠償，真心建議店家能夠用各種方式提前讓客人清楚明確知道會比較好，以避免造成各種誤會與無奈。」說實在因為這件事讓原本美好旅程的一天有著不太愉快的收尾，只能說是自作自受吧！

房間很乾淨，地板是榻榻米，旅館人員在我入住時，細心地幫我把行李箱的輪子擦拭後再拿到二樓，我想這是房間能保持清潔的原因。床和棉被很舒服，也很貼心地設置了床位專用的插座及燈具，看得出來是一間用心經營的青年旅舍。最令我印象深刻地，由於入住當天下雪，我的登山鞋被雪淋濕，旅館人員主動用乾鞋機幫我把鞋子烘乾。謝謝 KINOSAKI KNOT 用心的服務，這間是我住過體驗最好的旅館之一。

I loved how close it was to the main town and it was very quiet.

The host is so nice and helpful and speaks really good English. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Amenities such as toothbrush and towel were provided. There were even yukata you could rent in many different colors. Really enjoyed my stay!

It is a beautiful ryokanl style Japanese house. Very well managed, clean, spacious, and kind stuff. The stuff was very helpful for me to park my motorbike nearby. Every small details were perfect and I really enjoyed the stay. It is strongly recommended.

To be honest there is nothing. Everything was perfectly satisfied.
