Location to the beach

We had to leave in the middle of the night because the AC unit was making a terrible noise and we couldn't sleep at all. Staff was unable to assist, didn't have authority to do much of anything. The room was not very nice, bed was weird and the carpet needed to be replaced.

The inn was located in a great spot in the center of town, a very short walk to the beach and amusement park. Room 11 was extremely clean with 2 large double beds and 2 complimentary bottles of water. A refrigerator and microwave were in the room as well. Bathroom had great water pressure in the shower with an abundance of bath towels. A continental breakfast was provided in a small dining room with a wide variety of food available. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Old Orchard Beach.

Between booking.com and the motel would blame each other as to who can amcel my reservation I had 3 nights, I sent a message mon to the hotel and tbey said we can't cancel it I started letting all of you know I need to cancel well with in 74 hours right when I got there tues and wed and Thurs when I left, no one helped me .so I'm all set with that place,it had such good reviews, obviously tbey had no issues. Totally disgusting how the motel treated me. If Booking .com doesn't help/back you up. I'm all set with booking. Com. Tbey were no help to me, telling g me tbe motel had to approve it and tne motel said booking .com does it. So just who has tbe good business , customer is to be treated fairly. I was not and will definitely leave them a response to their inability to do the right thing by their quest. So I want half my mo ney back since that's what it if you cancel a night. I did not get this. So disgusting that someone can make a decision. So hopefully in the future no one else will go through this. However doubtful. I would like to see who is supposed to be the owner of the vetu policy they are refusing me. Since no wants to do the right thing. I'll just book on owm thank you Allison Carson

The room and entire inn were very cute. I liked that it was within walking distance from the pier and beach. It was very close to everything.

The floor/ceiling was very thin, so we could hear people walking above us. There were a couple mail heads sticking out of the floor, but nothing too bad. The AC kept coming on during the night, making it difficult for some to sleep.

The Inn was lovely with good sized comfortable rooms. The location was convenient to the main drag in OOB which was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was great.

Stairs - too many stairs to climb up with your luggage.

The hotel is beautiful and very quiet, yet very close to everything. The room on are on the smallish side but very well appointed. The hotel was built in the 1700´s and well restored

The only coffee machine did not really work and the complimentary breakfast was very rudimentary

The location, the building and the staff were all great. I think its the best place to be in old Orchard Beach.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

No air conditioning, never cooled off the room. TV didn't work.

The inn was very pretty and located right downtown, with easy walking distance to everything.

Our bed had sand in it, and our toilet didn't work properly.

Quaint, well maintained inn. Very comfortable. Easy to get to (at least in the office season!), Right near the center of town.

Small issue with the float valve in the toilet sticking. ☹️.

Old Orchard Beach Inn was the first stay on our trip after a long flight from the UK. The town is pretty and the hotel setting and accommodation was superb. We checked in and then took a walk to the beach and around the town before dinner in a diner. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

Nothing. We'd stay there again.
