The cottage was a good size 3 bedroom. The bedrooms were also large. It was steps away from the beach which was wonderful. Far enough away from the center to avoid the noise but close enough to walk.

The sliding door was very hard to open and close. It didn't slide smoothly. You had to lift and pull it. The mattresses should be replaced. One had a large divot in it making it hard to sleep. Some of the kitchen cabinets did not close properly and popped open causing one of us to hit our head on it.

We loved that it was so close to the beach, & downtown was just a quick walk away.

There was no breakfast. The keys were left in our homes for us.

For the price I paid, both the home and the cottage my family stayed in were completely unacceptable. My two daughters and their families stayed in the home next to the office. One daughter and her family had to leave our family vacation early because the conditions were so bad. Her bed was completely broken in the middle - the house keepers had to know - it was that obvious, and her room was hot because they did not have an air conditioner in it. My other daughter took a shower and the water would not drain out of the bathtub. Again, for the price we paid the conditions were pretty TERRIBLE. I would not recommend your facilities for any reason. In addition, I talked with the manager on site and he was pretty rude. He said that he would see what he could do to get a refund for the house next to the office because of the conditions, but no one has contacted me at all. I would really appreciate some kind of compensation - this situation was awful.

Beach was close

The booking was confusing. I thought I was getting a unit with a grill and fire pit. I was moved to a different property unknowingly. Was promised they would drop a grill off but did not. When I tried calling Noone answers. People upstairs were like a herd of elephants. We left a day early. Won't go back

I love the location and the very helpful staff!

I didn't like that people were able to park their cars right in front of my bedroom window and blocking the front side of my porch. I'm assuming to go to the beach, the vehicles would be there all day long. I paid really good money to stay there and people blocked my porch and were right next to by bedroom window, no privacy. I also thought each cabin had a fire place, not a common one for all cabins.

No breakfast included.

The furniture was really old and dated, the arms on chairs were stained from use, the paintings were from the 1950s or 60s. The shower only sprayed in one direction and it was too high, and the hair dryer didn't work. The bed was loud and hard. For the price of the cabins they could have offered a lot more, nicer decor, gift basket, beach towels to use etc.

I loved that there was only one home between the cottages and the beach path. The front porch was nice and we had our own parking spot. We were 1 mile from the pier which was great because any closer would have felt too congested with people. The cottage was very clean and the windows were open. We had perfect weather and we’re able to keep one window open a few inches at night, in each room. It was nice to see the people walking by and Grand street must be a fun street for really nice cars and motorcycles to cruise. That was fun. Cars were pretty loud at night but the town really folds up early and doesn’t open early!

The beds weren’t comfortable and one was very creaky. Pillows were awesome tho. The doors had latch locks and they were kind of annoying. Ours didn’t latch so we couldn’t close our door without a heavy doorstop. The back bedroom slopes significantly, which was fine. Just didn’t help, with no catching latch. The doors creaked like crazy! We had to her WD-40 or I was going to go crazy. (Thanks to the long term renters next door, who had the same problem.) The SHOWER was tiny, which would have been fine but the shower head was very tall and the shower head only moved up. So you were getting shot in the face while trying to apply shampoo or soap. We all had to get creative, and for shaving legs, even more creative. The staff is only around from like 10-4:30, and not on weekends. If I hadn’t gone down to get fresh towels or tell them that the drain was way slow for the small space holding the water in the shower, I wouldn’t have seen them ever. They did send a maintenance man within minutes for the drains. Not sure how much the drain-o helped but we never flooded lol. I bought bacon eggs and frozen hash browns to make breakfast. But the only cooking supplies they had were a small pan, small pot and medium/large pot so that was actually a big disappointment. We actually ended up giving it all to the neighbors before we left.

Close to the beach. 5 minute walk. Nice little back yard. Beds were pretty comfortable. The area it is located in is very quiet.

Front main entrance of house was all torn apart and was getting ready to have a porch put on. Lumber piles in driveway area. Couldn't use front door. This shouldn't be like this during rental season. Save it for off season work.
