The management were lovely enough to let us check out at a later time as my dad was unwell on day of check out. The staff were helpful. The rooms were heritage and lovely.. however difficult to access for those with mobility difficulties. The spaciousness was amazing. Location was great.

Heritage rooms did not provide adequate accessibility options for elderly, which is something I should have checked before booking. Not easily accessible areas ( check in area/ access to rooms) for those with accessibility issues. IT Security issues meant we had to log in to wifi everytime we came in and out of rooms. The staff provided me with an email list of things to do… however it would have been easier if they had given us a print out of activities and even a menu/ manual way to contact reception staff from the rooms.

Food: Excellent. Go for it. Fabulous personalized service, Rajesh is the man! Reach out to him for any special arrangements and he delivers them professionally with a touch of great hospitality. Great location.

The drinks menu could have been more comprehensive.

Très bruyant, impossible de se reposer, climatisation (nécessaire) qui souffle droit sur le lit, nombreux interdits qui se concrétisent par un règlement intérieur strict incompatible avec une service digne de ce nom, service moyennement attentionné d'ailleurs, le spa ne mérite pas son nom, non professionnel

Very neat and clean. Full fledged restaurant Mira , complimentary breakfast spread was great. Had lunch and dinner, served cutomizd kid friendly items. All dishes pastas, prawn curry , rice, dal were superb . Crab cake was ok. Pool was clean with crystal clear water.

Nothing much felt a little under staffed during rush hrs.
