The room cleaning did not take place on the second day, I complained and was told they are short of staff. Till 5pm the rooms were not cleaned.

The muffins where hard as a rock couldn’t even eat them Paper plates and plastic cutlery for our breakfast like come on 300 dollars a night and have to eat off of paper plates and plastic cutlery what a joke the hot tub was not working the shower was way to low hitting me in the chest and the tv Chanel’s couldn’t get any English Chanel’s for the golf I wanted to watch and I could not get a late check out that I needed

The stay was very comfortable and staff was very much helpful and supportive. This has been my second stay - Mehdi and Laksh have been very helpful and supportive in their hospitality. I would come again for my future stay.

Well the room allotted was as per my booking but the view was not what I was looking for so I requested a change but there was no other rooms available.

The Staff was excellent, friendly and so accommodating.. There was nothing they would do willing for you ... I would definitely stay there again.. Go location for shopping and reasurants.. The bar food was definitely in the top ten..

Round abouts till I got used to them then very easy when I knew where I was going ..lol..

The rooms were a good size and the shower heads were tall enough for my boyfriend who is over 6 feet and it was close to all the amenities

You could hear LITERALLY everything through the ceiling and walls. The people in the room next to us seemed so loud and they were just having normal conversations and you could hear people talking and walking above you all night. Got zero sleep

I think it was a wonderful experience. It was very clean and my kids had a great time!

Shower had no mats. Slipped in it. Pool and hottub was okay till I found hair clumps of hair around different spots. Chairs are not designed for a pool
