This was our 2nd year coming to this unit and absolutely love it. The view of the bay from 3 different decks is one of our favorite parts. Close to the beach and the restaurants and shops at John's Pass makes it that much better. Everything about the unit is exceptional. We have tried different locations and different units and we loved this so much, we came back for a 2nd year. We're hoping to rent this again during another time of year soon.

The location is outstanding!

This condo location was perfect. Beach access was right across the street and the beach wagon/buggy in the condo was awesome to drag the beach stuff right over. Easy short walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo had 6 chairs and two umbrellas when we left last Saturday so there was no need to rent anything.

Clean condo with a great view. On the main street so we could easily jump on the trolley or walk short distance to John’s Pass. The accommodations were perfect and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect place to stay.

Enjoyed the two decks!

This place is exactly like the photos. It was clean and well supplied for our 5 night stay. The location has beach access directly across street. The crosswalk is less than 20 feet from condo building front doors. The first businesses in Johns Pass are very quick 3 minute walk. Even the farthest businesses in John Pass are less than a 10 minute walk. The condo is just beautiful and the Hosts were very responsive to my text questions.

We had a great Labor Day weekend staying in this condo. It was clean and tidy. There were beach chairs and towels we could use, which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of tools. You will need to bring everything you need to cook - cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. as there is none of that there. There was a coffee maker with starter pack of coffee. The king size bed in the master is very comfortable. There's a tub in the master bath and a walk-in shower in the other bath. We enjoyed the breeze sitting on the balcony. We were also able to connect with the dockmaster and bring over our boat to take out, which was fun. There is a crosswalk directly in front of the condo building so it was easy access to walk over to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets. We'd gladly stay here again. Clean and easy accessible. Would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay in this well-stocked and beautifully furnished condo. Great views of the intercoastal from the main balcony. The high (12ft?) ceilings really provided a spacious feel. The beach was right across the street and the Gulf waters were crystal clear during our visit. The pool and hot tub were nice, as well. We had a great time with family and friends!

Beautiful condo. Beds were super comfy. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Perfect location to the beach and John’s pass. Front desk was very nice. Parking was great. My only complaint is that I wish there was a hose on the other end of the condo by the pool to wash sand off . I also wish there was a bathroom down there. Other than that it was perfect.

Was pleasantly surprised by how large the unit is. Bedrooms were large and the living area was nice and airy and spacious. Unit is across the street from the beach and within walking distance of all the fun at John’s Pass. Parking could be an issue during busy season but since it wasn’t, we managed just fine! There are two balconies and the larger one faces directly over houses not the canal. Can still see the canal, it’s just not right in front of the balcony. The smaller balcony off the secondary bedroom does look out onto the canal. There was a bunch of small black flying bugs in the unit which were a nuisance and the mattress in the secondary could def be replaced. The bed on the primary sits low but was happy to discover it’s adjustable and very comfy! The bathroom attached is small but nice. However the shower/tub is slow draining and has virtually no water pressure so it’s extremely soft and takes awhile to rinse shampoo. The other bath features only a shower that has better pressure. The towels were wonderful-large and thick. There was some beach items in the closet but didn’t use due to weather and being busy with a wedding. All in all a very nice unit!

We had a wonderful stay… the condo was clean, the people very friendly, and our stay was so relaxing. Our view was great.. watching the manatees and the dolphins from our balcony was a whole new experience. The proximity of John’s Pass … great shops and restaurants was also really appealing …. and having the beach so close was a plus. We had the best of both worlds. We would definitely go back.

Good property ,well located.Minor issues with the TV and what appeared to be a leak around the shower.Nothing overly serious

Place is walking distance to the village, there was plenty for space for our group of 8 and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for our cooking needs. Overall, we had a great time and everyone was comfortable, highly recommend this place for big groups, will stay here again in the future.

A few minutes walk to St Johns Pass, quick walk to the beach (public walkway right across the street), quick Uber ride to Treasure Island. The unit was clean and had everything we needed - hosts were quick to respond if needed! Loved the large table on the deck too. Awesome vacation.

Just finished a wonderful stay in a beautifully furnished, well-equipped condo, with very nice facilities. Easy access to a gorgeous stretch of beach and all of the shopping and dining places available at John's Pass were an added plus. The pool area looked to be completely new (or just renovated). Very nice property and a great value.

Fun stay with multigenerational family

Location was great- just a short walk to John’s Pass! Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again!

This property was clean, spacious and close to many fun options such as shopping, restaurants, sweet treats and entertainment. Beach access was even closer, just across the street, which was a great bonus not having to deal with limited beach parking and fees. The property was nicely decorated. I Hope to stay here again.

Excellent experience overall. Location was perfect for beach access, stores and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future.

The condo looked exactly like it does in the ad, which is beautifully decorated and furnished. The view from the patio was nice. The management company was prompt and effective. The problems started with the stench of cigarette odor that blasted me in the face upon entering the unit. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and immediately contacted the iTrip guest services. They quickly replied and said they would have maintenance take care of it. They asked when we were leaving the next day (to go out), and arranged the treatment, which was an ozone generator that could not be operated with people around. We spent the night with all windows open, and when we returned from our outing the next day, the smell was gone. The thing that bothered me most (besides the odor) was that I had contacted the owner asking about their smoking policy and was told it wasn't allowed. Yet I found 2 ashtrays stored under the sink. Secondly, the ice made my bottled water taste terrible. It smelled like cat urine. Really, really bad. Luckily, the owner seemed to know about the problem because there were 2 empty ice trays in the freezer. I dumped all the bad ice out and washed the container. Then I began the process of making ice. I could get 6 trays frozen each day, but had to use my own bottled water. It was a nuisance. Thirdly, on our 5th night, at exactly 1 am, the smoke alarm started blaring. Once again, I made a call and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Fresh batteries replaced annually would have prevented that problem. The master bed was quite comfy, and I liked how it raised and lowered with the touch of a button. Sadly the 2nd bedroom mattress was lumpy and my son got a sore back. And lastly, our stay was in early February, and was quite cold and damp towards the end of our week. I turned on the heat, but it didn't reach the master bedroom or bath. I blasted it to 80 degrees and it still didn't warm the bathroom. It made for several cold showers. Speaking of which, the water pressure in both showers was very poor. I didn't bother the management about either of these problems but left a note for the owner. In conclusion, beautiful condo with some real problems.

We loved our stay in this beautiful place. The pictures were very accurate of the condo. It was clean. The only thing that was disappointing is that we had to buy spices to cook with. There weren't any. You have to Great location. The beach was across the street. Unfortunately, the weather was not good and we could not use the pool. Would stay there again.

This unit was very nice. The location was just a few blocks from Johns Pass boardwalk. We needed a couple extra blankets that week and all it took was a text and they were delivered. Thank you.

Clean, Decorated nicely and had everything we needed in the room.

Loved this Madeira Beach condo with our 14 yo granddaughter. Spacious with great views of the intercoastal and right across from Madeira Beach. We were on Beach twice a day and walked several days to John's Pass which is a short walk. Recommend an extra dishwasher pod for the week.

We had a great time, the location was amazing! Awesome views from both balconies and so close to great restaurants and entertainment. My 2 gripes are some of the dishes were still dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinets, and the blankets in the living room were smelly, we washed them right away.. Overall, great property and the views of the marina and location was spot on! We’ll be back.. Thank you!

This was our first time staying in the area. The location of the resort couldn’t be more convenient to the beach access directly across the street and within walking distance to St John’s Pass. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach gear (cart, chairs, towels, etc) so we didn’t have to haul ours from home. Will definitely be back!

Property was clean and so close to places to eat, shop, and other fun activities. Right across the street from the beach. We would stay here again.

The condo was very clean. location was perfect and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Everything we needed was available at house. We will certainly return next year if available.
