The location was good easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. Indoor pool was warm and didn't smell of chlorine. The price was really good. And reflected the room and location

A few dated and broken things. A broken tile on the floor. Problems with the washer/dryer and remote

It was very close to the beach. It had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. The parking was convenient.

I wish it had been facing the beach or at least put in the description that it wasn’t facing the beach. It needs to be updated some. The furniture needs to replaced and it was all too big for the small space.

ridiculous 50.00 parking fee. Dirty sidewalks and extremely dirty outside patio concrete, table and chairs outside were dirty. Mislead to think we had a first floor ocean side room that maybe you can see some of the ocean, it was away far in the back, all we saw outside the patio was traffic and parking lot.

This was an amazing location right on the beach. The wrap around, well furnished deck was perfect.

Someone available to help with parking pass when we arrived after 8 or a way to get a parking pass if coming in after 8.

My father hadn’t been to the area since honeymoon with my mother, 53 years since he had been there, plus my niece had a softball tournament, it was great memories since my mother passed in 2017.

There was some trash left on our balcony, cigarette butts, but the apartment and amenities made up for it, traffic was a bit busier and hard to maneuver at times, but not too bad

Our villa 1114 was very poor. Furniture old and not comfortable. Couch base supports not attached to the couch, so couch rested on floor. Ceiling fan in living area could not be used because it was not attached to a support structure (verified by VACASA maintenance. He could not fix it. The shower head piping not attached to supports.) Bottom of bathroom door was falling apart. No directions or manuals on operating TV's. Needed a blanket none provided. VACASA staff very prompt and did have the place very clean. Compared to our daughters villa this place was a dump!!!

I felt that the flooring could be improved. There were several tiles in the kitchen that really needed to be replaced.

No blankets until 2nd day, No ice in freezers ice maker until 2nd day Towels were very scratchy Couldn’t park on property until 4 pm check in

Took 45 minutes in the 100 degree heat to get door code. Stayed on hold 15 minutes for 2 times

I love the location. the pools were nice. the beach was right there.

outdated, and in need of a little TLC. if you have a baby that wakes easily do not recommend sleeping with them in the bedroom because they WILL wake up every ten minutes from hearing everything going on above the property.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach and condo was very clean. 2 Thumbs up.

I liked that we had easy access to the pool and had an amazing beach view.

I didn’t like how the parking ticket was supposed to be $35, but it was $50. I didn’t like that at all. Please update that for future reference.

code for access to the beach was not provided , the parking pass has increased to $50 with no notification, the bed was not very comfortable at all.

The whole condo smelled like wrotten chicken that I found in the garbage disposal 2 days after we arrived. The pics are on Google review if your interested, I paid for 4 nights left after the 2nd couldn't deal with the filth and smell and Noone would answer calls or text at the building

Good location, walking distance to some near by shops.

Had a very large group staying at multiple units throughout the property, most had parking pass included but mine however wasn't. Said $30 for parking but when I went to go pay it was $50. No wifi included as well. For all the extra fees your paying for it should be all included. Unit was clean but had a hard time sleeping since there was sand in the bed/sheets.
