It was an excellent accommodation and the host was a very kind and welcoming lady. Could not have asked for more.

It was clean and very quaint property, set in fantastic scenery. A really beautiful place and within easy reach of Oxford and Bath.

The location was in a beautiful part of the Oxford countryside. The host/owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The spread for breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and very spacious. My stay there was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here.

I have nothing negative to say. My stay was excellent.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was of a good size. The breakfast dining room and selection of self-service food items was good, as was the quality. Host was very personable and helpful.

No private loo, although we knew this at time of booking, but the shared loo was also a wet room and was cold and wet from other users most of the time. In room shower light and extractor fan were not working.

Location was perfect for us and it was very comfortable but what really made it special was the owner, Karen. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating

Karen runs a lovely farmhouse B&B in a great location which is really nicely appointed, with super comfortable beds and the service provided is excellent. Her attention to detail for the guests is very thoughtful and considerate of everyone's needs. My Wife is gluten intolerant and Karen arranged Gluten free breakfast options to be available for her. The Breakfasts are amazing! I would high recommend this place to anyone visiting the Goring/Streatley area. Thanks for the amazing Stay Karen!

Shared bathroom so next time however we will book the room with an ensuite bathroom.

Very nice location and great breakfast.

We did not like the toilet in the hallway. Toilet often wet after using the shower.

Host was very nice. Great location. Would recommend.
