The location of the apartment couldn't be any better. It was perfect. The apartment is very spacious and clean also. No complaints what so ever and would highly recommend .

Cleanliness and location

Nothing.

It was in a very convenient location opposite John Lewis. There is parking underneath, but that is part of the Westgate shopping complex, so not cheap, although £3.50 between 6pm and 6am helps. Two decent size bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Two very large singles/small doubles in the secound bedroom. Tian was very helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage there early. Kitchen well equipped.

The double in the ensuite room could probably do with updating the bed, but it was OK a bit soft. A very large low table in the living area, probably oriental, meant that there was not enough comfortable seating for 4 people, with just one settee and the dining table. TVs only in the edrooms, but that wasn't important for us. 5pm is a late entry time, but ring Tian if that is a problem.

The location is ideal, on the back of the Westgate shopping centre, next to everything yet on a quiet road. You can walk everywhere. The apartment had all the basics covered and the host always responded to us within minutes. I would stay again and I can highly recommend it.

strong sewer smell in lobby and common areas coffee machine didn’t work - no instant coffee would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge - and a welcome pack - especially at the price we paid

Luxurious, clean, cosy "smart-home" apartment with a beautiful balcony view facing the crick. Trully exceptional, 4-star hotel experience, includes anything one might need. Highly recommended!

Access and signposting meant wasn’t easiest to find. Electronic access and locking is a bit complicated. Balcony lock didn’t work, meaning some security concerns

The property was in an excellent location, close to Oxford town centre. It was clean & well equipped.

The property was shabby, wallpaper coming of the walls, beds old & well used, shower heads not working very well.

Location was excellent. Used the park and ride from Redbridge 10 min bus drive , as cheaper than overnight car park , £8 overnight stay and P&R £2.60 return fare. Apartment lovely, bathrooms gorgeous, jo malone diffusers smell gorgeous, kitchen clean, tidy, love the boutique decor and everything you need and again location perfect, would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Wallpaper in apartment could do with a professional putting it up as bit untidy, new bed bases could do with replacement as is old, worn and untidy but very comfy mattress , duvet and pillows very very comfortable and modern.

We liked the warm, comfortable rooms and furnishings. We liked the impeccable cleanliness and the generous proportions.

We couldn't lock the front door from the outside

Location was excellent, cleanliness and facilities great and as expected.

Would’ve been great to have bath mats for the floor when getting out of the shower - prevent drips and slips. Bigger towels are always great to have to fit in with the ‘luxury’ positioning of the flat. A TV in the lounge with enough sofa/comfortable seats would be better than TV in bedroom. We tried to take the rubbish out but couldn’t find where to put them…..sorry if we missed it, but we tried. Need more mirrors and have them next to plugs so for a group of girls, you can do your hair and makeup!!! Photos could be a little more realistic of the apartment :)

The electronic bin! We couldnt open it!! And the front door locking mechanism was weird!! But honestly...we had a great stay and would recommend it highly!

Lovely flat really well located (literally in front of the Westgate shopping center). The installations are modern and clean, and with some fancy decorations - the photo doesn't do it justice. It has two rooms with 3 double beds in total, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a balcony with view to the river.

When we booked we understood it had parking but it doesn't. However, we found that the SeaCourt Park and Ride is only 10 mins away by bus to the flat (as I remember it costed 4£ for 24 hours), so thats a great option if you are driving there.

Location was fantastic, can walk everywhere. Beds very comfortable. Check in absolutely simple. Host let us leave luggage in flat until our train that afternoon.

The decor is pretty tired and needs refreshing. Wall paper peeling, floor boards scratched. Overall look of the flat was not as luxurious/5 star as we expected from the photos. Also there isn’t anywhere comfortable to sit. The sofa is odd shaped with weird slippy cushions.
