Friendly and very helpful staff, good location with local shops and supermarkets within walking distance, good value for money for a short stay. A quick piece of advice: arrange your own shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc, because they don't supply these in the bathroom. But they provide hand & bath towels and toilet paper.

not much to like, outdated, damaged furniture, smelly damaged bathroom.. you really do get what you pay for.. I would not take my girlfiend/wife to this place.. may be good for one night alone, but that’s it

the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming

the room was a little unclean, not terrible by a long shot but some grit and dust on the floor, surfaces and mattress

Small rooms!

The room was dirty, not cleaned, didn’t come with toilettpaper, the shower looked as if it had been over the two world wars, I couldnt even trust myself to take of my shoes cause the floor looked like a sewerage. I stayed 5 days in hostels of 6 euros per night and I had to stay one night in this hotel and I was waiting for the time to go back to my hostel. If I had to guess which the trash and which the hotel is I would have trouble guessing it right

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 nights. The thing I must stress is that the staff are brilliant. If anything needs sorting out they help a lot. The cafe downstairs is very convenient too. It’s open during all the waking hours. The receptionist El Faqir Mohammed is very polite. He smiles all the time and offers to help even if everything is fine The women who take care of the maintenance in the building are amazing. Very humble and diligent

The WiFi is unpredictable at times (like now) lol it’s a bit on-off during busy hours

Third night completed and yet again the highlight were the staff! They seem to go above and beyond their duties. I left my room in a bit of a tip due to having a busy night last night and and having early start this morning. Came back to a pleasant surprise - a spotless room again and all my clothes folded up. El Faqir at the reception was also as helpful and charming as ever.

I wouldn’t say it’s the best facilities in the world but the management must be proud of the staff here and perhaps consider a pay rise for them!
