The property was perfect for our family size (10) people and we could have probably slept 2-3 more easily if sleeping in the couch needed to be an option! Highly recommended!

It was great time to stay with my whole family(11people). Very comfortable staying! Really nice view from the any rooms and convenient location connected directly with shopping mall. It made soooo great my Thanksgiving vacation.

Our party had a couple of days back on Oahu after our stay in Kauai, and I am SO happy we picked this property! It’s in the heart of Waikiki which enabled us to do some shopping, go to fun restaurants, spend another day at the beach and also feel like we were staying in the lap of luxury! This property is easy to locate, easy to check into, has 4 beds, 4.5 baths, 2.5 kitchens, 3 living rooms, stunning views, it’s literally amazing!! You can use the pool hotel, easily walk over to the Ala Moana hotel on the 2nd floor… plus it was clean and comfy! It was just what we needed to round out our two week Hawaii adventure! Would absolutely stay here again!

The view was unbeatable. You could see all of Ala Moana beach, the city skyline, and the mountains. The place was very spacious. I loved how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and lanais there were.

The property was incredibly clean and spacious, and it could easily accommodate 10-12 people. We had a family of 8 staying in the unit. The views of the harbor and beach from the 34th floor were amazing. The only down side to being so high up is the elevator waits. We loved the location, as we walked over to Waikiki beach several times for dinner and we also utilized the Moana beach below our hotel. The mall is just next door, so we utilized it as well. There were many emergency vehicle sirens going off at all times of the day and night, which took some of the beach vibe away. However, that is just part of being in a large city, like Honolulu. We would highly recommend this property.

This unit had 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a small office. This was one of my best hotel stays. It is very pricey but worth it if you can afford it.

It was very large and accommodated my group nicely, many amazing balconies with great views. We had some issues the first night with Loud Fire Alarms that would not go off for hours and no one would help us, which that was quite stressful! There was an Extreme disconnect between the Hotel and Property management company. Hotel Security finally helped us after 3-4 hours of multiple other hotel guests on the same floor also complained, the next day it was fixed. Hopefully the Hotel Management and the Property Management Company will have better Emergency Communication in the future so no other guests have to deal with what we experienced the first night. From then on out we had an amazing stay. We added an extra cleaning service halfway through our stay. The Housekeeper was very nice and thorough and well worth the extra fee. If we come back to Honolulu, I would consider staying again.

Gorgeous views, super comfortable dining and lounging space for a big group (we were 10 adults and two pre-schoolers), well-equipped kitchen, plenty of nicely appointed bathrooms, and great location - we loved the pool, shops, spa, restaurants, and the Ala Moana Park and Beach nearby.

Our adult kids n younger ones loved being next door to Ala Moana Shopping Center with all it’s stores and places to eat and having Ala Moana Beach and Magic Island just a few minutes walk away as well.The suite was well-stocked - shampoo, shoyu, dishes, pots n pans, etc. The appliances were all top grade - Sub-Zero, Viking, etc. There was even a galley kitchen which we used for extra storage. Luana Realty was excellent with communications. They even replaced the toaster oven (that had been broken by a prior renter) the same day I reported it. And getting rid of trash was also very convenient - you just had to leave it outside your door and call housekeeping. The one complaint was of the Ala Moana Hotel itself. The clerk at the front desk treated our daughter-in-law very rudely and told her she had to wait to check-in because she had not booked through them. Luana Realty had already cleared our early arrival with them. I was not happy with her treatment and will contact the Hotel directly, but the Realty Company should also contact them.Overall a great stay for us!! It’s definitely pricey but also definitely worth it. Wonderful family vacation!!

Lots of space for big parties

Very very beautiful place inside and out... Family's was shock about the view on the outside and the sunrise and sunset.

My family and I stayed here on a trip back home to Hawaii. There were 7 of us, but our families that still live in Hawaii also joined us for dinners in our suite. It fit everyone comfortably! Would highly recommend.

The unit is even more spacious than we had thought. My family has so much fun and wish we could have stayed longer along the busy streets of downtown. The location is perfect, parking can be packed and overwhelming but the actual unit itself has a breathtaking view. Very clean and comfortable beds. Each room we were in awe.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at, and perfect for the size of the group we had. A lot of space for everyone, and the views and location are unmatched! Would definitely stay here again if traveling with a group and would highly recommend.

This was an excellent place for our large family group. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was great with a huge refrigerator and huge freezer. The location, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center was really helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the owners suite at the Ala Moana Hotel. It is difficult to find a place with 4 bedrooms in this location. Unfortunately there were renovations going on and could not use the pool or the many lanais. For us the proximity to the mall with multiple dining options and location directly across the street from the Ala Moana Beach we’re key features. The furniture was adequate. The master shower/bath amazing. Lighting was a little off - especially the darkness of the kitchen and what we came to refer to the “dark room” - the 1/2 bath. With its near black walls and very poor lighting it could be a dark room. The appliances were great. Laundry is an essential for us and these appliances were top notch.

If you are looking for giant pool and Mai tai service pool side, this is not that place. If you are looking for an amazing base to go an adventures or cook a big family meal at with the best views in town. You can’t beat this unit. FYI the Target at Ala Moana is 200 yards away so you can buy all your groceries there. I am definitely staying here next time I come to Honolulu. And I go to honolulu 3-4 times a year.
