Great location, near the beach, not too far from T station with pretty easy access to downtown and attractions.

Everything was ideal from start to finish with this VRBO. Todd and Bobbi are excellent communicators, and responded as soon as our booking went through. They accommodated a date change effortlessly and sent the check-in info well in advance of our arrival. Location was spot on, parking in the driveway was great - easy to unload and load the car, no worries about traffic around you, and the spot was generous for our RAV4. The location in Quincy is ideal, also easy to get to Boston, Salem and Providence, RI. We really appreciated the binder with lots of local info, as well as the brochures for area attractions. The interior is exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of; we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, a really nice touch. Plenty of towel sets for the 4 of us. King bed is a traditional mattress, queen beds are memory foam. It was too chilly during our visit to enjoy the porch or deck, but that additional living space would be a plus. Our teen daughter took over the basement bedroom since it's set up like a standalone apartment with the TV, kitchenette and bathroom. That was by far the darkest of the three bedrooms, which she loved. We had opportunity to ask a few questions, Todd and Bobbi responded within an hour and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again any chance we got, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for visiting Boston and the surrounding area. Plenty of space for 4 adults, good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and a warm house in the evening chill, private off road parking. Great hosts and excellent communications, a real home from home.

We spent 3 days here prior to a cruise out of Boston. We were three couples ages 58-65. It was extremely comfortable for all three couples and the host was fantastic. We we’re allowed to check in early as we arrived earlier than we thought we would. Book with complete confidence.

The property owners were so nice and helpful. They were happy to answer questions and were nice enough to check in with us during our stay. The home was well stocked with most anything you might need and was very clean. Close proximity to Boston and walkable distance to the beach.

If you are a native New Englander who has relocated to another part of the country or abroad, but who still wants to visit family and friends in the Boston-area (without wearing out your welcome in their homes), this rental is for you. It has all the amenities you may need and its location is perfect for travelers/visitors who want to be close to Boston and the South Shore. It is a modern, clean and comfortable home, and our experience as a family of four was wonderful. Todd is an exceptional host and was always available if we had any questions. One of the biggest perks is that Wollaston Beach is at the end of the street, and it is amazing to be so close to the water. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs a home-base in this area - it's great!

Our family had a wonderful time while staying in Todd’s home in Quincy. Todd was an excellent communicator who quickly responded to any and all communications. He gave helpful suggestions of places to go, particularly for the Fourth of July The home was well equipped to make meals at home. Home felt spacious. The living room was nice and our family of six was able to spread out. The home is located in a residential neighborhood just a very short walk to the beach, which was a lot of fun. The drive to Boston was easy and only about 15 to 20 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home and we may return ourselves in the future.
