Friendly staff

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

It was available for my desired dates, close to where I needed to be for the weekend the suite was ok in that it had a separate bedroom and living room area

The staff wasn't always available especially at check out, paying for parking was a turn off especially when I at the hotel next door parking is free and breakfast included. The elevator smelled of human urine and was very slow, the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross and there was a loose tile in the main area which put holes in my socks. Also charging people $20 to take their trash if bagged and left outside the door is ridiculous for $300 a night I expected a bit more but when you are booking last minute this is what you get. The hotel right next door is much better and there isn't dog poop in parking spots waiting for you unsuspectingly step in upon exiting your vehicle.

Dirty rug n blanket Remote didn't work

The room was comfortable

The ice maker didn't work, the AC unit was loud, the floor was very slippery in the room I was surprised to see I was charged for parking this time seeing my last stay I wasn't. The carpet in the hall needs to be deep cleaned

the fact that you took my $200 and now giving me excuses for over a month and not reversing my money. this is so disappointing

The cleaners came when they felt like it the staff was rude then I get charged for two extra nights so I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one thank you but no thank you

Staff and keeping the place cleaner maybe get some new beds and put cameras in the place instead of having wires hanging

I was able to get this room very last minute so I can't complain

The shower head was squirting water all over the bathroom
