No towels No napkins No soap No hand wash Flush not working Tv remote without battery so TV usless Taps not properly working No one available to attend problems No food arrangement. While booking it mentioned that food available on extra payment. But nothing available.

Such a great experience we had. Please visit here and if you need anything you just have do a "call". Great experience. Property is same as we see in picture 🙂

When we reached along with my ailing mother on the hot afternoon, the house was filthy with left overs of previous occupants uncleaned. Bones, cigarettes butts, beer, rotten food, filth, used linen, suffocating partying smell Ooph. Miserable the whole family felt who were returning from pilgrimage All this, after I had called the owner 2 hrs before to alert him on cleanliness and he told me the cleaning was already underway. It was a blanket lie. To our shock he asked us to vacate n cancel if we want to. Meanwhile cleaning staff arrived. They had no fresh linen to change. So simply straightened the old one. This looks to a regular practice! One of them sat on the sofa with legs up, even before we left, in a gesture of mocking! In that afternoon heat, we had to search for alternative hotel. It was miserable Only saving grace was the promptness of booking.com call centre in helping to cancel the property Pl dont book this property. They are not interested in business n reflects in thier attitude.

The swimming pool at the society was the USP of the property

Bed linen wasn't clean, bathrooms did not have soap or handwash( later providedon request), basic food items like tea coffee sugar milk powder and masala should be provided in homestays, who carries all this on a journey ?

✅ 3 rooms/ 3 balcony / 2 bathrooms ✅ modern appartment with all basic facilities for a group of friends or family. big living room with a kitchen and balcony attached is great for large companies. it so spacious that you can hold a private party with a Dj , bartender and chef 🎉 🥂🕺🏼🎈💃🏼 :)) tv, cutlery, refrigerator, laundry provided. ✅ two bedrooms have private bathrooms and balconies - perfect for privacy. + AC, tv, clean bed linen, fresh towels. ✅ There are parking, grocery stores and swimming pool on the territory. so if you are not planing to move much around the city you will find everything you need to feel comfortable in one place. ✅ Host is awesome, made our stay so pleasant. It's 3 BHK apartment inside a large society with parking available. Pet friendly. Suitable for group. Location seems ok. Decently furnished flat (although not clean at all). Property contact was coordial, shared details including entry passkeys through whatsapp. But physically noone was available or visited in the property.

Felt really embarrassed with family, particularly with small kids. As arrived at very late night with family & tired, so didn't have the option to shift somewhere else. THE PROPERTY MUST BE CLEANED AND BETTER MANAGED. Could get some water in RO, but then it was not working in the morning. All used items are provided in bathrooms. It seemed somone was staying in the flat, & just shifted to vacate the flat for our visit. No buckets & mugs. One room split AC was working, but other two rooms window acs were not giving cool. One sofa very dirty. So overall, property concept is good, but not managed properly.
