Everything about the house was amazing, we were very pleased

Better maps of the area, it took us an hour to locate the pool

Beautiful home

Could not control the inside temperature. I froze to death. The walk down to the dock is atrocious. Coming back up is worse. It's even hard for young children to climb up.

Appliances excellent, living area and Master Bedroom and Bath excellent, kitchen provisions excellent, grill excellent Property would be great for one couple. Unfortunately we were 2 Senior Couples.

NO Air Conditioning in second bedroom, which owner acknowledged but didn’t care. The temp was 95 and the room never cooled down at night. The host did not return calls or emails left day before arrival or day of arrival. Owner believes a toilet and sink in small utility room qualifies as a 1/2 bath. There is No sink or commode for the loft (2) second bedroom. So you must go down stairs to utility room. The upstairs bedroom had a moldy smell as did the bedding.
