This property was located by good restaurants, historical buildings and many distilleries. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and easily accessed. One minor point was use of perfumed laundry soap or spray freshener that was too strong.

Someone thought of everything you need concluding quality bed, bathroom essentials, and soft blanket for snuggling on the couch. Loved the artwork and appreciated the drinks and snack bars provided. Easy to find and convenient location near lots of shops and restaurants. Great value!!

This property is clean, and very central. Parking was easy and communication with the host was great. Walking distance to Buffalo Trace. Bars and restaurants in Frankfurt did not adhere to the hours they claimed to be open - beware.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable (loved the bed) at a very reasonable price. Located in the heart of Frankfort with a bakery, bars, coffee shop, restaurants and ice cream counter literally steps away from the front door. Only trade off is a bit of street noise. Easy access to stallion farms, Keeneland and distilleries. We would stay again.

We have stayed in many different VRBO's and I can say this one checked all our boxes. Location - great, cleanliness - great, host - great and restaurants - walking distance. If you are looking for a little cozy place for a single person or a couple this is the place to stay.

Located in downtown Frankfort this was a great location. 10 minute walk anywhere in town including some excellent restaurants and centrally located for all of the distillery tours. Host was response and had Kentucky hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Great location, well lit area. Would most definitely stay again. Had all the amenities needed right down to a few soft drinks, bottled water, breakfast bars and K-Cups.

The studio is located in downtown Frankfort walking distance to local restaurants. Only 1.5 miles to Buffalo Trace. Never had trouble finding parking usually right outside the door. Owners provided everything you need for a short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Thank You for a great stay!!

This was a great find - everything was thought of, extremely clean and such a perfect location for our bourbon weekend getaway!!! The music festival was downtown and we enjoyed numerous restaurants, distilleries and a winery in our two nights. The communication was perfect before we arrived, during our stay and after. Such a lovely property in an excellent location within walking distance of historic downtown Frankfort. Lovely shops, restaurants, and theaters all within a few blocks.

Very nice place close to everything. The free trolley tour is a must, tons of history and the driver was great.

We enjoyed this cute and clean unit in the heart of downtown Frankfort as our launch point to several nearby bourbon tours. It was very comfortable and included a small refrigerator/freezer stocked with a couple of water bottles and a Keurig coffee station with a variety of pods and creamer. Don't miss the public art pieces right outside the door!

We came for the bourbon trail and the proximity to Buffalo Trace. Other than it is the capital I didn’t know much about Frankfort and I am now in love. This clean and comfortable place is in the perfect location. You can walk to a wide range of restaurants and bars once you settle in from a day of driving from one distillery to another. Daytime parking is tight but by the time you’re settled in there are a bunch of plans you can park right outside the door. The place is the perfect space for a couple. The seating and the bed are all very comfortable. Everything is clean and attractive and seem very fresh. I appreciated our visit very much.

Able to walk to restaurants, close to distilleries etc. Bed comfy, shower took awhile for hot water and could have used a few more washcloths during our 4 night stay. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Right downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Only 5 minutes drive to Buffalo Trace! We would recommend and stay here again!

Great communication with the owner and all information was spot on. Perfect location for food, bourbon and breweries. Extremely comfortable and thought about everything that was needed for a pleasant overnight stay.
