There could be a bit more stocked items, sugar, salt, soap, wc paper etc.

The room with the bunk beds was tiny with no window or ventilation - needed the door open at night to avoid over-heating. No Wi-Fi when I arrived. it took multiple calls to get it and then I had to collect it from their office. Quite a few basics were missing - single loo roll for 4 people over 6 days! single dishwasher tablet, no washing-up liquid, no soap.

The receptionist was very kind. The owner was also very kind. Grocery stores were close and well stocked. The kitchen was marvelous. The place was clean and smelled good. The window views were stunning and faced Mont Blanc!

We were accurate with our arrival time, but we had to wait for about 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive at the desk to deliver the keys. He forgot the gate remote. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the owner to deliver the gate remote. The soaps and cleaners were only written in French we had to guess at the dishwasher detergent and failed. Besides these things it was exceptional!

I didnt like the attitude of the landlord since he was not very keen to answer our phone calls when something didnt work like wifi or something was missing like cookware. Eventually we were without internet and cookware for the booked period. We came to ski and appratment has ski storage but again we didnt get the key to unlock it (we asked for it) so ski equipment was not under the key.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Great location with a short drive to Saint Gervais village or Le Bettex.

There are 2 shower rooms, but only 1 separate toilet which wasn’t ideal for a group of 5.
