Beautiful home in the Arkansas forest, close to the lake. The one family was disappointed there was no ensuite bathroom in the loft bedroom. Otherwise, everything you would need was provided.

We have six children, so we needed to find a place that could comfortably house our family; I grew up in Hot Springs Village and it was wonderful to show my kids where I lived and just how lovely The Village is. This house was PERFECT for us. Three living areas and comfortable, clean beds and spaces. The kitchen was wonderful! We just loved it!

Long weekend stay just to relax and enjoy the outdoors. House is beautiful and quite comfortable. It is perfectly located and well stocked and kept up. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay was amazing! House was beautiful and spacious. Very quiet and secluded. We did have neighbors but they were very friendly. House was equipped with everything we needed plus more. We can not wait to come back!!

The property was amazing! We loved our stay! We had a hiccup in our check in, our provided passcode didn’t work, and after waiting an hour after our first phone call we called back and were quickly given a passcode to get in! The lake access is quite steep and a hard climb back up, so we didn’t not go down except maybe twice to see the view. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed to cook every night and just relax. We enjoyed the game room and board games as well as the comfort of having the tv to relax and watch movies in the evening! A plus was it being pet friendly and is being able to have our fur babies with us on vacation! When we go back we will be booking this home again!

We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quite getaway. In our family vacation we had ages 15, 17, 20, 44, 45, 47, 71 and 72. We relaxed enjoyed the view, enjoyed walks with the beautiful scenery and had fun on the lake with the kayaks. We do a family vacation every year and have learned we need to take condiments, shampoo, conditioner, might need to make adjustments to meal plans based on lack of pots and pans. This home was pleasantly surprising with a ton of extra spices, cooking oil, big boiling pot, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, extra blankets. This house had everything and more!!! Not to mention a wonderful variety of games! The manager, Jessica, was quick to respond to any questions and was SO KIND! THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Spending time with our youngest, we wanted something unique. Trying to find quality time with him has been hard. So finding a special place was a must. We also celebrated 1 yr of grandpa passing, so invited some his village friends over for a little get together. We enjoyed our time together. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and very clean. There was only 2 of us and our small dog. I would definitely stay here again in the future and bring more people next time since I know there is plenty of room.

Area is beautiful and the house seems secluded even with homes around you. Lovely wooded Area overlooking a beautiful lake. House is spacious and warm with a cabin like feel inside. A great getaway spot.

This is my second visit to HSV but first at this property. The house is truly fully stocked with every possible thing you could need, extremely spacious and convenient. We had three couples and each had their own level of the home for sleeping. We love to cook and enjoy dinner outside and this kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, grill outside and eat on the back patio. Arcade games, dart board and poker table were all out to use. The neighbors are friendly. The walkway to the lake is very steep which is fully disclosed. The wooded view is peaceful but do not expect to see much of the lake at this property. However, you have full access from the property’s private dock! Our group came specifically to hit the off-road park with our Jeeps. The enclosed garage enabled us to keep our doors & top off for the duration of our stay without the worry of weather. It was a fantastic stay!

We will be back. It was an amazing weekend. We need longer to enjoy everything offered.

This was our first trip to Hot Springs area and stay in HSV. The village is a little ways out from Hot Springs proper so keep that in mind if booking. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Loves the balconies. As other reviews state, the ramp down to the dock is very, very steep. Watch out for chiggers if you go off the path… a few of us got into some while exploring the property outside. Most of the house stays very cool with the AC, except the upstairs loft bedroom which other reviews stated as well. That room could definitely use a window or wall unit. The one vent in there does not cut it. Other than, great stay and would book again.

I carefully comment about properties as I use the comments and ratings to select places to stay. This property was well above and beyond expectations. I wish we would have taken friends to enjoy with. Small details in the kitchen were appreciated for our wi me, coffee and grilling each afternoon. Two fantastic balconies overlooking a very quiet and peaceful lake. Hiking trails close. Restaurants close. All that you need. One of the two best properties we have rented in the 10 years we have used this site. Thank you. We are rested.

We enjoyed the property and any questions were promptly answered. The owners are looking to make updates soon and can't wait to see what improvements there will be to an already amazing location

Only issue we had was the AC

House has Electricial issuees, kept blowing Circuit Breakers, and the Electricial Box was locked away in owners area. I have a Vacation Lake House I rent out, and it is against the law because of Safety not to let tenents get at the Box in case of Fire or worst. Over all house is very tire, by being up for sale I would feel everything would be better condition.

We had such a great time. Beautiful property and lots of good eating places. A place to relax or hike the trails. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend😊👍👍

Had no trouble finding this beautiful home on lake Coronado. Had all the comforts of home and then some. A few unexpected surprises just made the four days we stayed there that much more memorable. The owner was super helpful and appreciative. One thing I must tell you is the walkway to and from the water is steep. It’s going to be tough on somebody out of shape.

Listing didn’t state 2nd bedroom was upstairs. This made it difficult for our group. Bedroom was hot upstairs. Air didn’t seem to regulate it. Updates needed for linens and lighting

Nice lake view but steep hill to dock. They need more lighting in family room. One little low lamp. Hard to read in evenings

The house was beautiful and clean. They did a good job foe the most part with the amenities but major miss on the lack of coffee especially cause I reached our days before with questions about it and they didn’t respond until 8 hours after check in. The house is on a hill which is beautiful but dangerous hill to get down. The grill was great but paddle ball and bath tub didn’t work properly. Also you’re like 12 minutes from where the security is so not close to anythinf. And no cable. But if you want a nice weekend away away from it all it’s great!

Beautiful property, could use an upstairs bath room. A few hiccups, but were resolved. Overall nice house, just away from town. Very dangerous to go down and visit the lake.
