Great house! My only complaint would be that kitchen could have been better stocked. Garbage disposal & dish washer were not working.

We had a great time and the house was very nice. A few maintenance things need to be fixed but the views are amazing!!

This cabin suited us all. The space was wonderful. We enjoyed most of the time in what we called the dance room. The little ones loved the lights and so did the adults 😉. The views are amazing. Overall we had an exceptional time. We most definitely will be visiting this cabin again.

Had a group of 12 ranging in ages from 3 to 50. Everyone loved the extra amenities of the game room and the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. The only thing missing was a drain stopper for the sink to do dishes, which we got at the nearby Walmart. The location is awesome. You are in a secluded neighborhood in the mountains. It is very quiet and the view is great. We used it as a base for our group to visit Roswell and White Sands National Park as Ruidoso is right in the middle of both. We had a group of deer visit us twice and a wild hen turkey wander through as well. Do pay attention to the warning of the need for chains or four wheel drive during the winter. Even though it was later in March, a storm dropped 4 inches of snow overnight while we were there (absolutely beautiful in the morning!). The roads are steep and winding to get to the house. Luckily it was only 4" and salt was all that was needed to clear the roads. Two of the vehicles in our group wouldn't have been able to leave the morning of our checkout had there been any more snow. There is exactly enough sleeping for 12 with the three bedrooms and the pullout queen sofa in the game room. Having three bathrooms with such a large group was definitely convenient. A word of warning: The plumbing in all the showers and the washing machine is backwards. The property manager warned us about the master bath shower but it turns out in all the showers and the washer, hot and cold are reversed. Be careful. The hot water is really hot! The listing says to contact the property manager by text which we did. We were arriving late and assumed the office to check in would be closed. She responded promptly and gave us instructions for getting into the house and about the master shower. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Very nice, it had everything we needed from towels to dishes. The heat didn’t work well in master bedroom so it was really cold. There was no wood for the fire places wish we would have known to bring our own ahead time. Otherwise everything was great. Will tent again, will make sure to carry our own firewood.

This cabin is a wonderful place, with a fantastic view of the city of Ruidoso and mountains. The location is fantastic, in a forrest on top of a mountain, surrounded by nature and wild animals...magnificent experience!! Great location!

Big beautiful Cabin

We Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. It have a lot of space for all the family and kids, it provided lots of fun. We really loved the kitchen, it had all the basics to cook and prep meals. 💗👍

I wanted to take my daughter's family away for a weekend getaway. To be able to run free, see green grass and trees. They are stationed at Ft Bliss and the grandkids needed to see greenery again. The house was amazing, very clean and completely stocked with whatever you needed. The boys (10 and 7) had a great time in the game room.

Home was really nice but the hot tub was filthy dirty so we couldn’t use it which was a disappointment. The bathroom shower valve also has issues so we used the guest. Overall nice property

This property is so unique and very clean. We were there over the Christmas holidays and the house was decorated beautifully. We had a couple of VERY minor issues and Claudia was extremely responsive and resolved them quickly (even bringing us propane for the grill on Christmas Day). We stayed with 4 adults and 3 teens. The house is in a great location, took us less than 10 minutes to get to Sudderth Drive (shopping and food). We even had deer greeting us at the house after a long day out and eating right out of our hands! The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the game room and took plenty of pictures...the view from the deck is amazing. We plan to book this property again.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties but this one hands down was the absolute best! Fully stocked kitchen although we could have used some better cooking ware, gorgeous views, very clean, such a fun game room and bar area, comfortable beds... I could go on and on! It was perfect!
