The quality of the bed was great and the awakening with the sea view priceless. The absolute nicest thing about this house was the direct view and direct access to the sea. My family and I stayed here for 12 days - that would be me, my wife and our two young daughters - for a getaway from our awfully cold Canadian winter. This property was absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be wanting to come back! Everything is as it looks in the pictures and as described. It is on a quiet beach near Haliewa, the sleepy surf town, on the North Shore. We woke up every morning to sleeping turtles on the beach, whales off in the distance spouting water, and huge crashing waves about 150 yards off the beach. Despite those scenic waves, the water was calm and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or snorkeling! The house itself is gorgeous. The property is well maintained with all kinds of tropical flowers out front. The decor is clean and modern and the house is very well maintained. The master bedroom has a beautiful bed, a nice large TV and an en-suite bathroom with a perfect large tub. There's a large garage for whatever vehicle you are using. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you could need, and there's a propane grill on the Lanai which made for some good eats during out stay. The property manager met us on our arrival and showed us around, was very prompt in answering any questions we had and was very friendly. It was a perfect base from which to explore Oahu. We were able to tour all of the North Shore beaches easily. But additionally we could easily get to any part of the island in 30-45 mins. I recommend the puff pastries from Paalaa Kai Bakery which is about a 5min drive away - delicious. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in paradise. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay.

A casa foi perfeita para um casal com três filhos e mais um adulto. Super nova, arrumada, cheirosa. Na recepção tinha flores e uma musiquinha havaiana que deu todo o charme. A praia em frente a casa é uma delícia e muito reservada. A casa fica pertinho de Haleiwa. Adoramos!

This house was perfect for our family. It was close enough to everything we needed, but just far enough removed to enjoy relaxing privacy. It had all the amenities we needed for our family to enjoy the house. We would for sure return!

We have stayed on the North Shore 4 times and this was by far the best location and most comfortable and beautiful property! We were greeted every day by the sea turtles in the water! An easy drive into Haleiwa, this is the ideal place on the North Shore for a family! Thank you Nicole for making our stay perfect.

It was great to be on this quiet beach with wonderful snorkeling and sea turtles. There was always a breeze floating through the house. It was convenient to town. We seemed to go in almost every day for something but preferred to return as soon as we could to enjoy everything the house had to offer. The property is great and has everything you need.We played a lot of Hawaiian music, took a lot of walks, swam a lot and then did it all again the next day. It's a great house with kids. We hope to return some day soon! Jill was wonderful to work with.

We stayed with a family of four for one week, and this was our first visit to Hawaii. The house is located in the quietest part of Oahu, with a nature preserve to the west. It is well maintained and there are plenty of towels and other amenities. We watched movies that had been filmed on the east side of Oahu at night on the large screen TV and the kitchen was very spaceous. The master bedroom looks out on the surf and the loft upstairs is more spaceous than we expected. It is right on a beautiful beach with sea turtles swimming within a few yards. The beach often has no one on it and we really enjoyed having our coffee sitting on an empty beach with the waves lapping at our feet. It is within 45 minutes driving to almost anywhere on the island, while at the same time allowing for a real authentic Hawaaian experience. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone else.

Look no further than this house. This has to be the best deal of all the houses we looked at, which were many. The location of this house was perfect. Right on the ocean in a quiet residential neighborhood on a very quiet street. 5 minutes from historic Haleiwa. 10-15 minutes from all of the popular beaches on the North Shore...Sunset, Sharks Cove, Pipeline, Turtle, Waimea just to name a few. We were a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) and the house was plenty large for all of us. It was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The blender was going constantly making 3-4 batches of Pina Coladas each day. The landscaping around the house was perfect. Large yard for the kids to play in when they weren't in the ocean. The outdoor shower was a hit to wash off all of the sand from the beach. The kids loved the boogie boards to ride on. No need to go into busy "touristy" Waikiki or Honolulu. The North Shore has it all. Thank you Jill for the smooth process of renting this house.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. Every kitchen and household item we needed was available. The kids LOVED the loft, and we LOVED the privacy of the master bedroom. We made good use of your beach supplies - my favorite thing was snorkeling while being pulled out by the sea kayak. the snorkeling was AMAZING, and we preferred the quiet home beach to the busy, touristy places. Jill went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was super clean and pretty, and we all just loved it - parents, teenagers, all of us. I wholeheartedly recommend this house rental!!!

Our stay was fantastic !!! The house was spacious and accommodated our entire group of eight. It was very clean and homey. With the beach just outside in your back yard there is no need to drive anywhere to enjoy the water. For those interested in cooking their own food, the kitchen accessories were plentiful and with the grill outside, there was no need to eat out. You have to drive to get groceries but it wasn't a big deal, the closest store was in Haleiwa and if you wanted to find additional items, Foodland was a little further in Pupukea. If you are not familiar with the North Shore expect a little bit a traffic at times. The laundry facilities were great and we didn't bring any dirty laundry back home with us. Yes, you'll feel at home, so much so it was very difficult for us to leave. We'll be back.

Our family of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) had a wonderful time at the sandcastle! There was plenty of room for everyone. The views (ocean and mountain) were spectacular! The ocean breeze flowing through the house were wonderful. The beach was clean. The water was relatively calm and my youngest daughter (2 yrs) was able to splash around. The flowers were beautiful. The lizards were my 4 yr olds favorite. We spotted sea turtles from the beach; we weren't lucky enough to have one come ashore while we were watching the beach. The hammock was a favorite place. Sunrises and sunsets were awe inspiring. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and grill for the meals we didn't eat out. The laundry facilities were great. It was nice to be able to take clean clothes home and not have to worry about unpacking and doing laundry. The home was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Jill provided excellent customer service. She answered all of our questions. We met the owner's grandson on our last day. He was very nice and took a family photo for us. Haleiwa is close by for restaurants and shopping. We ate at The Breakers (ok food, friendly staff), Konos (yummy!!!) and Luibuenos (friendly staff and good food - the sea bass tacos were delicious!). We went to the Old Waialua Sugar Mill for shopping and shaved ice at IslandX (they make their syrups from fresh fruit). It was very hard to leave when our time was up at the sandcastle. We would definitely recommend the sandcastle to family and friends. Hopefully, we will back! Mahalo! It was a vacation of a lifetime.

This place was PERFECT for our family! It is very roomy, comfortable and beautiful. It is everything that is discribed and more! The location was in a quite neighborhood. SO much better then a Hotel! We enjoyed "whale shows" nearly every evening with the binoculars! We all used the Kayak to view the turtles up close and fogred the waves with it as well! The yard and garden was beautiful, the room with the double bed gets to hear the morning birds as the sun comes up! It was fantastic! We had so much fun we all want to come back to this house!

This house is a terrific North Shore rental. The 'great room' that opens to the ocean is lovely - the minute we stepped inside we were enchanted. Having the beach steps away, and an outdoor shower, meant that swimming and walking the beach were easy. The yard, both front and back, was well-tended and beautiful. Furniture is in great shape and COMFORTABLE which is not always the case with rentals! Kitchen goods were mostly new-ish; some cookware was well-used but we lacked for nothing. The master bedroom suite is great - the additional bedroom has just a double bed but is comfortable and roomy - who spends time in the room anyway. It's nice to have the secure gate & garage, too. Reservations and all arrangements/questions were easily and quickly done. This is clearly a well-loved and well-cared for home, and we would be happy to stay here again.
