The whole vacation was a blast

I was really disappointed that the e-bike rule changed since the last visit. Shipyard should allow what the city does and for that reason I won't stay here again. It's a long walk to the beach and not much parking if you drive. It was alot easier when e-bikes were allowed by renters

The location was perfect for what we needed visiting for a golf tournament. Close to everything and the community is quiet and beautiful. With that said the condo itself is very dated. While we found it to be very clean and accommodating the bathrooms are considerably old and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The Twin mattress is so firm it is almost unusable and works better as a dresser. The queen bed is covered in a thick block of foam that causes you to collapse into the middle like you are in a canoe and the king bed is probably the original one from when the condo was built. For the price this place is probably what one should expect. All of the amenities are in the condo for cooking and entertaining so other than the sleeping options it did just fine for our group of 4 adults. The star of the show was the team from Vacasa! Incredibly efficient, kind, and knowledgeable so we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great group to rent from.

Perfect location! Quiet area. The villa is nice enough for a quick getaway, but if you are looking for updated bathrooms this is not the villa. The living room furniture is okay but you can tell it’s definitely had some wear. There is a black chair in the non-primary room that is faux leather and needs to be thrown away. I did love that they had Dove bar soap!

Very clean home, good layout, well stocked kitchen items. Great customer service. Would have been nice to have an ice maker and access to streaming on the TV

The property was clean, in a very nice/beautiful location. We didn't anticipate the musty smell and roaches in the kitchen. The property manager did come out right away to help with the bugs. When we address our concerns with the property rental officer, we were told if you coming to Hilton Head be prepared for the musty smell and bugs in your kitchen.

In the middle of Hilton head. Nice to make quick trips to all the great restaurants. Nice beach clean area. The condo was inexpensive but gave our family of 5 what we needed. A place to hang together in the evenings. A place to make breakfast before we set out for the day. Very clean!

The location on the island and location of the condo was fabulous..short bike ride to the beach, near the pool and tennis courts, and right on the greens. I have stayed in multiple units inside Shipyard but Evian has been the best. Live the outdoor patio and master bath exit go the patio! Great place!

Great location
Great location, could use an update, the master bedroom bed - very comfortable. The guest bedroom beds- you can feel the springs when you lay on them. It was well equipped and I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!
The location was very centralized to everything we needed, the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Clean, spacious, and quiet. Parking was hassle free.

Great Place To Stay
The house, the location and the beach access were perfect. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I had to pay $367 to reschedule my stay from August to September. Keep in mind that it was early July when I booked and decided rescheduled it. I don't know if its the property owner, vacasa or booking.com's policy but it doesn't make sense given that a lot of places have free cancellation up to the day before.

Great location in beautiful shipyard. Loved the beach near the club. Plenty of room and always appreciate a washer/dryer. Nicely decorated and clean

Looks are deceiving
The photos look nice, but the smell when you walk in the door was awful. I realize HH is very humid, but the musty smell of this place hit you like a punch in the face.
Had to kill a couple roaches within the 1st couple hrs as well. Not to mention the hair in the bathroom and in the bed. Glad we only booked this for 2 nights.

Location was perfect
Stayed with my wife and daughter (6yo). It was perfect for what we were looking for. Great location to the beach. We drove, but if we had rented bikes it would be an easy ride. The beach passes were very handy. The pool was a short walk. Close drive to restaurants and mini golf. Rooms were spacious, outside area was nice to eat our breakfast every day. The only negative was we had some ants in the kitchen but, the property management office came snd put some ant traps down which helped. The bathrooms are outdated and would be difficult for anyone elderly to get in and out of. We didn’t mind. We would definitely book this same place again when we return!

Great prooerty
This is a beautiful property on the golf course within a short walk to the beach. I had no problem finding parking near the beach at the community entrance as well. I most enjoyed the patio.

Great location
Loved the location. The condo was nice, however, there was hair on the shower wall in the master bath that we noticed when the first person went to get washed. This caused concern as to the cleanliness of the condo, especially during this pandemic. The toilet in the guest bathroom is old as well as the entire bathroom could use some updating. Lastly, the couch had faded/white spots on it, maybe from someone trying to clean it.

Loved our stay!
We stayed here for three weeks while my husband was working remotely. We loved every minute. The condo is a perfect size, great lay-out with a spacious bright open feel. It is private and has a nice patio looking out at the golf course. Very quiet and peaceful area. This condo is near an end close to the golf course which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked. I cooked most days and the kitchen had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were dated but that didn’t bother us at all...great space and great water pressure in the shower. We are very active people so in our opinion the beach was a short walk. We walked to the beach everyday, even on the cold rainy days...we loved it!

Good location, nice unit
The unit is located in Shipyard, so very centrally located. Close to the beach and all other amenities. A short drive to the beach. The unit overall was nice and well kept, but the bathrooms need updating. Minor thing, but the 2nd bath had a shower curtain rod that wouldn’t stay up. A very cheap fix.

Wonderful condo in Shipyard
The condo looked just like the pictures! Very clean and neat condo with all the necessities. Loved the back patio, very private, overlooking the golf course and water.

Spacious
Enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious and the sleep was comfortable. The reason I could not give this 5 stars was due to the carpet being dirty. We had to come in and vacuum the carpet before we could put our stuff done and the master bathroom shower water stands so it could not be used.

Beautiful condo
The size and layout was very nice. Nicely decorated and clean. Yes, there are some areas (bathtub in Master) that are dated. I find this common in most updated rentals that are 20plus years old. screen doors for flow of air could be used at patio doors or front door. Kitchen is adequate with utensils. Very convenient to beach and pool.

My family and I had so much fun at this property. The wildlife was amazing, home wonderful, and beach easy access with great parking. Would highly recommend.

Loved the Shipyard location condo. Relaxing and great amenities. Would like a workout room though. The people upstairs were a bit heavy footed.

Nice place to stay.
Love the Shipyard location on the Island. Nice private beach and not as crowded as the public beach area. Condo a little dated, but well kept. We definitely plan on returning.

Ask for the Hang Tag
Excellent quiet property with well kept, up to date, manicured decor. Otherwise, our welcome package did not include or mention the need for a hang tag to park in the beach club area. After spending the day on the beach, we returned to our car and did not get a fine but a warning ticket threatening to boot our car and $100 to recover it. I called the office after hours and was immediately told about the hang tag and to come by the next day. When we visited the office, we were told to go by the property ‘s main gate office to claim the hang tag but to wait another day because they were closed for the holiday. We finally got the hang tag on the 3rd day of our stay. Otherwise, another pleasant stay at the property. We’ll always return.
