Doors are hard to open

The location was fantastic. On the water and very close to several restaurants.

There were several light bulbs out in the condo and there weren’t any light bulbs to replace them.

The location was everything! Easy beach access especially with our kids!

The outside building was very old and needed some repairs. The stairwell was pretty sketchy.

There was black mold on the shower door in the master bath. There were missing lightbulbs in the light fixture in the master bath. The cabinets were peeling in the kitchen The couch in the living room was old and super uncomfortable. The remote controls were gross- sticky, missing the backs. I had to use a tissue to hold them they were so bad. The patio furniture was dirty. This unit wasn’t a bargain. We paid a lot of money for the week and expected a nicer place. This unit definitively needs some upgrading.

Perfect location. Loved the balcony with the beach view clean and comfortable beds. Liked having the 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths easy parking

The sliding door was a struggle to open and close the booking indicated 3 queen beds and one room with a twin and full but there were only 2 queens and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. Tv didn’t work in one room. Paint on the floor in one bathroom. Decor needed updating. Too cluttered with pictures and statues. Should have some beach towels

The Lost Dog was fabulous, but very crowded. Ritas was great! The pier is a great walk.

The fire drill that was Tuesday night with the sirens lasting for almost two hours! No one to say what was going on. Standing in pjs outside with no water or chairs. I do think the guests made the best of this situation and were very calm.

Living room and kitchen were cute and clean on arrival. Office staff came and changed shower curtain, beds and battery in smoke detector. Amanda, Ke Ke and Bob were all very nice

Not professional housekeeping as stated. One of the beds was made but sheets weren’t changed and were obviously dirty. Could see hairs and something on the sheets when turned down. House keeping (Chase?)brought up wrong size sheets and handed to me at the door. He was EXTREMELY rude. Picked up the dirt on the sheet and threw it on the floor. Then spoke rudely to me. Shower curtain liner was filthy. No toilet paper in third bathroom. Bathroom drawer had candy wrappers in it and was sticky. Bunk beds were made sloppy with the dust ruffles half on which made me wonder if the sheets were even changed on them. Big stain on one of the other bedroom comforters. Smoke detector chirped all night until the next day when emergency maintenance finally came in. Front door whistled loudly from the wind. The front door doesn’t automatically lock when leaving from outside. It’s a shame that housekeeping didn’t do their job because I can tell the owners of this condo took a lot of care in picking out furniture and decorating and they and the renters deserve better service than that. Vacasa was slow to respond. I had to make several calls and send texts to get something done. It was extremely frustrating to say the least.

The location was great. The size of the condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped.

See photos for pictures 1. The kitchen light was sitting on the counter top with live wires dangling from the ceiling. I contacted propert mgmt and nothing was done during our stay to remedy it. 2. I also noticed the smoke detector was missing from the kitchen area. 3. And lastly, the master bath had a piece of drywall fall from the bulk head access area near the tub. The condo itself was a bit aged in styling but overall was comfortable and made for a great stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds we used were comfortable and it had all the needed amenities. The location was perfect because you can drive or walk to restaurants, shops, pier, around town. We have stayed at Folly several times and at Charleston Villas. This particular condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was by far our favorite condo there so far and would stay again.

The location was the best part. I like the space of the room for the price.

Room needed updating with new furniture in the living room. It was old and smelly! Light bulbs were burned out and the tv did not work in the room with the twin beds. The queen mattress needs replaced ans the king mattress needs replaced.

Wish the facility was no smoking- next door tenants smoked. All bathroom faucets need updated- difficult to work

Location Location Location Ice maker works great. We loved how close it is to town and restaurants, we look forward to coming back when the peirce is done and going into Charleston.

It's in need of a few updates. Door to deck is held in place with Tape and neither lock, several outlets don't work, one sink in master is very slow to drain, and selection settings on dish washer were broker. I Sent messages to the property manager they said they would contact local staff but no one showed up. Also iron is missing so pack one of you think you'll need it.

View was delightful! Floorplan was great, Balcony was wonderful Master bath was great!

Weather

Villa was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean.

Only allowed 2 gate FOBs max to share between 4 adults and 2 children.

The apartment was very nicely decorated. We found most of the things we needed. Nice view from the balcony.

Pots and pans were unusable because the teflon was coming of. We could not cook at all. This would be dangerous for our health. We were making pudding and the milk was black from teflon pieces. It is time for new pots and pans. Light in the kitchen was just working after 2 hours wait. Sink in the master bathroom was clogged and it was repaired after we called.

The location was grate at the beach.

We did not like to leave at 10:00am in the morning. Especially because you could not go in the apartment before 4:00pm. It would be nice to have an easier morning on a vacation and not be rushed.

We had no face to face contact with humans. There was no onside office where we stayed. We had to drive to the office, where there was no parking and....no people (though it was mid-afternoon). We had to call the number provided, but that number was dealing with heavy phone traffic. We then texted and left a message. Someone got back to us and helped us get into the drop box to get the key fob to get into the parking lot where we were staying. We then had to wait an hour until the code would allow us into our place. SDtarting at 4 seems a bit late, especially since we were expected to leave by 10 a.m. We needed to use the fob to get to the beach. It was an automated, and off-putting, experience.

Location was simply fabulous--everything we had hoped for! It was absolutely amazing to be right on the Ocean...the balcony was used often to soak in the views!
