Location and size

Need to be deep cleaned and bathrooms need new fixtures only have cold water or extremely hot no in between. Tube would not hold water stoppers need addressed in home condo

Needed more refrigeration for that size condo

Location is perfect...close to entrance of the Island so everything is within walking distance (Shopping, Restaurants & Groceries). Also, close to pier. The overall size of the complex is perfect (not too big...not too small). Two elevators make it easy to come and go. Easy, wide access to the beach (all one level, no steps down into the sand, great for wagons and carts). Large parking spots. A big thanks to the condo inspector! She went out of her way to help us early on Saturday and she didn't have to.

The ice maker in our unit didn't produce very much but we just bought a couple of bags.

The unit was very nice. We loved the convenience to everything.

Everything was good.
