Great well appointed and laid out home in super neighborhood near Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Close to fun restaurants but quiet setting with beautiful Vermilion Cliffs as the backdrop. Adria is an .exceptional host, gracious and informative, truly insuring her guests have a wonderful stay. We look forward to a longer return visit in the spring!

This home does not disappoint. It’s close to many attractions, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. It’s clean and well maintained. They even provide soap & shampoo. It’s one of the most well appointed VRBO places I’ve stayed in. Everything is labeled, including the light switches you usually test for 15 minutes upon arrival at any new place. The vIew from front porch is gorgeous. It’s a quiet neighborhood, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked. Book this home, you won’t regret it.

Close to all Page, AZ activities. We went boating one day and RZR riding one day. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had six adults. Plenty of room for all . Adria is awesome! Respond quickly and gives detailed info about the area and house. Definitely recommend for gathering friends and family together.

Location is great, clean, well organized.

We stayed at the house for three days. We had 11 people stay at the house. Six adults and five kids (ages 5-14). The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for wonderful stay. The house was well maintained - well actually it looked new. The movie selection was great! The kids spent hours watching movies.

This was such a great place to stay. The informational emails prepared us for our vacation and were much appreciated. It was very easy to contact the owner with any questions we had. Plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen supplies, and the washer and dryer made our stay easy.

Had 4 adults and 3 teens. Worked out great. Outside spaces are nice for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked large meals. Convenient to the Antelope Marina and Safeway.

Our whole family vacationed in this home and it was perfect. In addition to having my mom and a friend join us, my husband and I have an adult son in a wheelchair, a young autistic son and a service dog. This property was perfect and able to be home to our family during our stay. It was accessible for our son's wheelchair as well as comfortable and serene for our entire family. The property management was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

What a gem in Page, Arizona. House was really nice, comfortable and well stocked in a very nice neighborhood. Host was one of the most informative to us out of all of our travels with great information on restaurants and activities. In the area. We highly recommend this lovely home for a stay in Page.

It was a nice location in a good neighborhood. For the number of beds the lounging area was lacking enough seating.

perfect vacation at the perfect place

We stayed at this home in our way road tripping back to seattle from Tucson. Very clean and cozy. Would def consider this house as a jumping off point to the many fun Hiking and 4x trails in the area. Also super close to Lake Powell.

We had a great time at Lake Powell and this was a great place to stay. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean and we would stay here again!

This property served as my family/friends' base for the Antelope Canyon Ultramarathon in March. It served the 10 of us very well. Located five minutes from the start/finish line - it lies in the middle of the course. You can even see runners from the front porch of the house. Communication with the property owner was first rate as well. We had two toddlers and a dog with us and the fenced property was perfect with lots of extras for entertainment. My first 55K was a wonderful experience thanks in large part to Antelope Canyon House. Highly recommended.

Adria was very easy to communicate with. She emailed me a lot of information about what to do in Page, how to book tours, and where to eat (we pretty much used her email as a guide).

The home was great for our group of 10. Love that there was Everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare nice meals both in the kitchen and on the grill. Plenty of seating for everyone! Perfect set up for us!

From the pictures of the property we assumed that the area with the big table and the barbecue was the backyard but it was the front yard. Also the angle showing the beautiful view is a little deceptive as there is actually a house right across the street and the view is actually to the far right of the property.

Very comfortable and well appointed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of everything. We enjoyed it and look forward to returning.

The home is lovely, very clean and didn't want for anything. The owner has done a great job organizing the home and providing everything you could need. The location is perfect for everything you will want to in and around Page!

We gave a vacation to Grand Canyon for Christmas to our adult children and their significant others. Everyone has dogs so that had to factor into it. We found a place in Page Az that was PERFECT. Adria is a dog lover and had a house that fit our needs. Very modern, clean, and everything you would need. We took meals to cook in most of the time. Everything that we needed excluding the Grand Canyon was within 5-10 minutes. She had a book that had all the local restaurants, tourist attractions and stores. She was sending us information 2 weeks before we were to arrive to check out the local restaurants and other things. If we needed anything we had a neighbor to take care of the needs. I could not tell you which house they lived in we never saw them. No local cable but we had access to roku, netflix and her internet. My children were in heaven with the internet. Washer and dryer. Within 2 hours of leaving I had a message from Adria that we were getting our deposit back. I highly recommend her house. Lake Powell was awesome.One of the best vacations we have had as a family. Thanks Adria for the memories.

This house was immaculate! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen large, the TV room cozy...I really can't say enough. Adria was in touch often to let us know about directions, places to eat, etc. I'm really picky about my accommodations. This place surpassed my expectations!

We had a great stay here with 3 families! For a small house, we all had plenty of space. Nice having access to Netflix on the tv for the kiddos and centrally located to Page, AZ and nearby sites.

Our family of 8 and dog loved this home and location. Only a short easy drive to any place you may want to visit. The home is very open with all new furnishings and every possible need you could possibly want for a short or long stay. We stayed for 9 days and wish it could have been 90. There is a lovely front porch with small table and bench, great for relaxing in the morning or evening and enjoying the scenery. The beds are very comfortable and could accommodate up to 10. Overall I cant say enough about this home ad the owner. Adria was in constant touch, supplying great information about the area and answering any question you might have. Hope to stay there soon again.

The house is tucked away from downtown on a quiet street. Very and clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 6. Adria is certainly a super-host and gave excellent suggestions for places to eat, things to do etc. I will definitely rent again when i'm back in Page.

This was my first rental with VRBO and it was the best decision I ever made. My family and I rented Adria's home in Page, AZ. It was perfect. Besides the accommodations, the owner went above and beyond in making our trip Perfect! She sent directions, places to eat, things to do not only in Page but within 125 miles, directions. She was great. The house is in a great location and lacks nothing for your needs. You don't have to hesitate in renting this home.

My family of 3, along with my in-laws had a 5 nights stay at this property. Our destination was Lake Powell and this was a great location! We were on the boat all day and spent the nights on this house. Let me share these with you: Pro’s: - awesome location: close to antelope marina, town center, lower antelope canyon tours - comfortable beds with cotton linens! (very important for me! ) - ample kitchen cooking ware and dinner ware - Good communication with Adria and Camila - quiet neighborhood - bbq grill, patio furniture - tv, WiFi and board games (though we never really got to play board games) Cons: not to complain but maybe to improve other future guests’ stay. - received towels with patches of dried Landry soap so I had to rewash all towels - There is not one single full length mirror in the house. - left with one roll of paper towels so I had to buy more. - the shower in the master room is built for a tall people. Very difficult to use. It was 90’s- 100’s during my stay and could’ve loved to stay longer in the shower but just couldn’t, because shower was too high. Would recommend maybe place an alternative handle for shower head at normal height level. My husband is 6”1’ and I am 5”0’. My husband said shower was too high even for him. So imagine my struggle? - I have allergies, and the dog beds of the owner or for potential guests’ pets are stored in the master’s bedroom closet. Which I found not very acceptable. Especially I specified I don’t have pets. They were also not tucked in well in the closet so I had to rearrange and breath into pet beds before I was able to hang all my clothes. - the kitchen could have more spices for the price (comparative from other vrbo properties in other cities) All in all great stay!
