This was the best apartment we stayed in during our 3 location trip. The place looks just like the pictures. We were very happy x2 beds and x2 bathrooms perfect for us. Location is a short walk to many of the popular areas. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend. Only very minor observations the number above the front door does not stand out at night when we arrived. A list inside of the apartment with restaurants, supermarket suggestions etc. would have been useful for us

This charming artistically decorated condo is perfect for staying in Memphis. Close to everything by walking or jump on the cable car. A great respite in the evenings right across from a beautiful park. A joy to stay here for sure.

We had a great time the penthouse was very nice.. We loved it. Also being across from the park and fountain was very enjoyable, and being so close to the trolley made it very easy to get around. The (restaurant) next to us was very noisy the patrons were out on the side walk yelling late at night.

Exceptional in every way. Walkable to Beale and restaurants -- we also walked to Mud Island but we are adventurous. Host was impeccable. I can’t recommend more highly.

Property was absolutely beautiful as shown in listing pictures. Everything we needed was there, and we had no problem finding street parking directly in front of doorway. Though downtown Memphis is a little deserted at this point, the location was great, steps to the trolley on Main Street and a few blocks down to Beale St. Beautifully and stylish furnished throughout, with great communication song the way from owner. It was a pleasure staying at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The Location was walking distance to all the great restaurants, attractions, and bars. If I made any suggestions, it would be to add a television in the second bedroom and hangers in the closet since there wasn’t a dresser in that bedroom. Also, when booking this condo, be mindful of the fact that the bedrooms are above the alley and trash pickup is very noisy in the early mornings. I suggest bringing ear plugs and an eye mask. The blinds are not enough to stop the bright sunlight at sunrise but that shouldn’t stop you from staying at this wonderful location. If we ever return to Memphis, we would definitely stay again. 😊

The place is highly recommended. Beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is the parking. There is a restaurant below that is busy and takes up most of the metered spaces. You can only park on the metered side - not the park side. There are parking garages close I would recommend. This was a beautiful place that is just as pictured. One of the highlights of our stay!

What a phenomenal location! Close to everything. I am recovering from foot surgery and was able to enjoy the city because of the proximity to the trams. And what an incredible condo!! Everything was beautiful. So clean and comfortable. Great beds & pillows. We couldn’t have asked for anything more nor would be change a single thing. Memphis was a blast

We enjoyed spending more time than anticipated in this lovely home. During our stay, a snowstorm shut down the city, but we were warm and cozy with all the amenities in this property. We were able to cook a lot, which was great. My only suggestion would be to add some kitchen towels and basic seasonings and spices for cooking.

I chose this location because it was the halfway point for my wife and her twin sister to meet for their birthday. David, my brother and Tracy live in Oklahoma while Stacy, Tracy’s twin sister, and I live in North Carolina. It was an enjoyable experience. The food was amazing at each place we chose to dine. I can see future visits to Memphis and this rental if it’s available. The condo met our expectations and more. I will recommend this Condo to friends who may be visiting Memphis.

The property was very nice and accommodating for my husband, daughter and I. There is an elevator which made it accessible. Communication regarding specifics for check-in and check-out was good. Parking was explained prior to booking and I found it easy to navigate. This was my first booking and I would definitely book again. The only hiccup was when placing the reservation a lowered price was noted; yet upon booking completion the lowers rate was not reflected. All in all great experience!

From the booking, checking, location and communication with the owner, I couldn’t ask for a better place for us to celebrate my husband’s 55th birthday. This condo is in walking distance to all the major attractions. If you don’t want to walk Uber is easily assigned and so it the trolley at the corner

The place was perfect. Furnishings looked just like the pictures provided. So bright and airy… it was hard to leave and go sightseeing. All questions were answered promptly about arriving. People in the area were great. So close to everything that we had no issues in walking. Will stay at any property of this owner.

Our group loved the skylights and windows overlooking the park. Beautiful condo and a great location downtown. Can walk to many restaurants and attractions. Jon was in contact with us quickly if we ever needed anything! Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Location is ideal - good food nearby, across the street from a city park, and transportation was easily accessible.

My fiancee and I along with one of my co workers got the chance to book and stay at this listing in mid May 2023 for about a full 7 days and it was just fabulous. Our first time to Memphis, so we wanted to be downtown and this listing was a wonderful location and choice. The Peabody Hotel is a few blocks away if that, and was a fantastic place to walk to and have cocktails or check out the lobby stores including Laskys Clothing Store (This is the store where Elvis would get tailored in hiis earlier days along with BB King, Etc.) and some unique other gift shops. There are numerous restraunts and lounges, nightlife, etc. within minutes walking from this listing's location including Beale Street of course! We loved the propertys interior decor and styling, and overall nostalgic feel of the building itself, but with a modern day pazaz if you will once you enter the unit itself... very cool indeed. The area is decently quiet in the night hours from our experience. There is a walgreens about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the building and a wonderful park area situiaed across the street from the location which is completely visible from the unit balcony. The unit was nicely stocked with everything you would need kitchen wise, bathroom wise, and of course bedding wise... so thumbs up to this listing for all the courtesies and guest considerations that were in place for us upon arriving! We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.

My sister and I stayed, and absolutely loved it. Furnishings are gorgeous AND comfortable! It's Very light and airy and quiet? Trolley was very convenient. We did not have a car, but the location is good for walking and trollying. We ate a couple times in the little River Deli right below. Good food and super nice people. We loved everything about the apartment and would stay there again.

What a cute rental! So conveniently located and perfect for two couples. The living room was so spacious and inviting, and the entire apartment was nicely decorated.

Penthouse was great. Parking was difficult. Overall would stay here again .
