Jesse and Cathy provided an experience and home away from home during Christmas that met, and in many ways, exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated with high-end appliances and beautiful furnishings, this home was perfect for preparing holiday meals and hosting family. A brand new, oversized kitchen and ample dining area is adjacent to a large and comfortable family room, all of which creates the feeling of an open-space, modern farmhouse. Each of the bed and bathrooms were also brand new, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A huge modern laundry room with drying racks and folding tables, made staying on top of laundry a breeze. The short walk into the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable aspects of this home, especially for teenagers who love to explore. Finally, the hospitality and attentiveness offered by the hosts sealed the deal as one of our favorites.

I can’t say enough about this property. Jesse and Cathy are excellent hosts and their home provides all amenities and a very short walk to downtown.

We stayed with a group of 4 couples for a friend's wedding in Saratoga. The house was terrific, including a beautiful kitchen great for groups. The house was well within walking distance (~10 mins) of all bars and events that were downtown. Parking was easy and the locks on the house were intuitive. Overall great house and would recommend it to anyone looking to experience downtown saratoga for any reason.

Very well furnished home with all amenities, very clean, great location close to the center of Saratoga Springs. We were there for a wedding and it was very nice to be ablate relax in this nice house in between all the festivities. Jesse and Cathy are great hosts.

I can only say If you plan on staying in Saratoga and need to rent a home rent this one. This home has it all. Its spacious, comfortable and has the most amazing kitchen I've ever been in. It's also an 8 minute walk to broadway and downtown Saratoga. Lastly Jesse is your host. He meets you and explains everything you need to know and is willing to take care of all your needs. We didn't meet his wife Cathy but I'm she is the same.

Great property! Easy walk to town for dinner or the track for racing. Clean and comfortable, Jesse and Cathy put a lot of thought into making their space welcoming for friends to gather and relax. We were so happy we’ve already booked for next year. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our weekend In Saratoga with friends. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan was beautiful. It’s only a 5 min walk to downtown. Jesse and Cathy kept an open line of communication with us the entire time, any questions we had were quickly answered. They also had suggestions as to where to go and what to do in Saratoga. Looking forward to renting this property for years to come!

A suggestion, because of Covid, would be to arrange contact-free check-in though it might be a plus, under "normal" circumstances, for host and guests to meet and greet each other face to face.

Beautifully appointed home and an excellent location.

LOVED IT!!!!! Others have mentioned this in the reviews, but the pictures REALLY don't do the property justice. Unassuming from the outside, but beautiful on the inside. The place is huge and very comfortable in the public areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms) and the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Jesse was very responsive with information about the house and the area. We would 100% stay at this location again.

The place was absolutely wonderful for our weekend in Saratoga Springs. It was perfect for our group which included our 8 month old baby! We were able to put her to bed in one of the lovely upstairs bedrooms and enjoy the gorgeous kitchen and living space as a group downstairs. The outdoor space is also wonderful. And the location could not be better. The home was so pleasant we didn’t want to leave!! Jesse and Cathy were also wonderful hosts!! Jesse greeted us on our arrival to give us the rundown of the house. We were provided suggestions for dining and activities during our stay. And everything was so clean and well decorated!! This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and will definitely be a repeat!!

Beautifully furnished, comfortable home located just a short walk to Broadway! Cathy and Jesse have created an oasis with their rental home that was the perfect place for my sisters and I to gather to celebrate my milestone birthday. Jesse provided a list of recommendations for restaurants so we were able to make some reservations before we arrived. He met us at the house upon check in and warmly showed us around with pride (I believe he did at least some of the renovations himself). The house was immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable (important for our middle aged bodies). The large sofa in the living room made it easy for us to sit around and chat. We found everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen, although we ate most of our meals out because Saratoga has the most wonderful selection of restaurants. All in all, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Saratoga!

So we all no about this Lovely town , well this house is a lovely location and awesome space. If you can get it I strongly suggest booking a stay here. Jesse and His wife , Cathy, are the best hosts too!

The house is great, especially if you like to cook! Backyard firepit is a nice touch... but the best part is it is an easy walk to everything downtown. The owners met me at the house upon arrival to go over every aspect of the property, and texted a couple times over our 3 nights there just to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The property was amazing, the owners were friendly and helpful, and it was in a great location. We contacted the owner regularly and he was always there to help. I recommend this VRBO home to any family.

This is a classic tale of never judging a book by its cover. While the outside of this house is nondescript, the inside has been completely renovated and is beautiful as well as comfortable. Our hosts could not have been more communicative, meeting us upon arrival to explain how things worked (lighting, security, washer/dryer et al). Even in this time of such great uncertainty with the pandemic, Jesse and Cathy assured us the house had not been in use for days prior to our arrival and every surface and corner was spotless. What also stands out is the home's location, just a short (less than a minute) walk to a great coffee shop and a mini Pricechopper and just a couple of blocks from Saratoga's exceptionally vibrant shopping district on Broadway. The yard is flat and fenced and just the right size for our Black lab and our toy terrier. We even used the fire pit one night when the weather cleared after Thanksgiving. All in all, I would recommend this rental and hope to return when we can be out and about downtown without masks. A note for runners (both of our adult daughters did miles while there): there are several great routes and the parks in Saratoga are worth either a run or a walk (my speed) at any time of the year.

This was a 5 star experience! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The kitchen is huge, elegant, and well stocked for cooking. The family room couch is oversized and super comfortable. All beds were cozy, and bathrooms renovated and very clean. The owners are a total delight to communicate with, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We brought our golden retriever and he loved hanging in the backyard and playing ball. Room for three car parking, and a 5 minute walk to everything you want in downtown Saratoga. We are so happy we found this place, and hope to go back again in 2021!
