Trapped by the storm. Went out of the way to help us.

We love Seacrest and the condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. However, we did have one issue with our condo. We had water dripping from a ceiling vent/air conditioner onto our living room couch and anyone sitting underneath it.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and had beautiful accommodating furniture for big parties. My only complaints was that check in was 4pm and check out was 10am which is a little later and earlier than I've experienced and when I asked for an hour early check in i was told they don't offer it. Besides that we loved the location and the place itself!

The 3 BR 3 Bath is actually a 3.5 bedroom and legitimately sleeps 12 people! There is an additional small room with a day bed and trundle so it was very comfortable for a large group. It does not have a view of the beach even thought it is a beach front property, it sits back on the property so a nice view of the gardens, fountains and much nicer than a parking lot view but does not see the ocean. But it’s only a short walk away. There is a large table that seats 10 plus 3 bar stools. I did not think the kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking equipment (and was not clean) so bring your own if you are particular. It does however have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Great value! Also fantastic location by Coligny with grocery store and many good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

We totally enjoyed this lovely condo. There were a few things that left a bit to be desired but overall, we were quite pleased with the accommodations! I highly recommend anyone to rent this space.

Rug in main room is old and dirty and rolls up on the corners making it a tripping hazard. We rolled it up out of the way during our stay. Also they is no mat at the back exterior door to wipe your feet when entering and back door handle is also in need of repair. Overall the place is nice and conveniently located. The view from outside porch is pretty useless. In my opinion place is overpriced.

This was a great location for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The complex is well maintained. The two large pool gave plenty of space for all guest. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Seacrest 1101 was a very good place to stay that comfortably fits 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the pool and beach area is the best- Pool Bar Jim’s was great for the adults and kids. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and Bathrooms need an upgrade- they were older and used- however overall the place made a great trip. We arrived to find the bedroom carpets full of filth and dirt. Vacasa did send someone out to clean for us the next day. However, the dirt did come up but the stains are pretty bad. We felt like we need to wear shoes all the time. Based on the cost of the rental and the online pictures- it was not was I was expecting to I walk in to. Besides the updates needed- the condo is very roomy and has tons of potential!

The property is in a great location! The condo does need a little updating but I knew that from past reviews. My only complaint is the condo was not clean when we arrived. I contacted management and they did send a cleaning crew over.

Residence was filthy and very outdated. Hair in showers and on walls of showers. Spent two hours cleaning after arrival. Toilets constantly backed upped and had to be plunged entire stay. We made the best of it
