Buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de los lugares a dónde queríamos ir. Camas cómodas, amplias habitaciones. Mobiliario.

No había comunicación con recepción y tenía que bajar a ver al personal por que no había agua fría cuando nos íbamos a bañar y una chapa de una habitación estaba en mal estado, aunque la cambiaron por una nueva, la alberca se veía sucia y no incluyó desayuno.

Los cuartos son cómodos, tienen plancha hay que pedirla, no incluye desayuno, pero tiene lo básico, lo malo es que no habia habitaciones en planta baja y tuvimos que cambiar la reservacion por una mas cara para poder llegar antes al check in

Que el cuarto si es muy frio lo unico que ayuda son los cobertores, que no hay disponibilidad para personas con problemas en la movilidad o problemas de salud para subir escaleras.

Total incomodidad de las camas… el calor del agua no es regulable.

such a comfy and big room it was lovely. clean room everyday. great view of the volcano from our window. big comfy bed. bathroom felt really modern and never stayed damp or steamy. really good value for money would definitely stay here again.

bad smell coming from sink, may need a deeper clean. on the last day didn’t have hot water. would be nice if there was more seating round the pool e.g. sun loungers. on our final night we could hear people snoring in the room adjoining, slightly irritating. would be great if place could get streaming services on the tv. the sheet was slightly too small for the bed and kept coming off.

Loved this property. It was really clean and comfortable. staff were very friendly, despite little English. location wise, it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest OXXO and about 10 mins into the centre. Because it’s slightly out of town it means it was quiet. All rooms provide a stunning view of the smoking volcano! I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean enough to me.

My room door (7) didn’t lock. I could just push it gently to open it, quick fix I’m sure.
