OUTSTANDING in every way! just as described. The apartment has all of the essentials you'd need for a short stay (washing detergent, shampoo etc.) The gym in the building can be used for free! Nikolce was one of the most friendly and accommodating hosts I've met in my 5 years of consecutive travel. 100% recommend!

This was a beautiful apartment. Really comfortable and well-equipped - including a full kitchen, washing machine and secure carpark. Great to have access to a gym and pool (for an extra cost) and there was even a small grocery store on-site. Internet was excellent (rare for the area!). Host was lovely and very helpful.

The only downside was the location. The building is a new development and was in the midst of a construction site when we were there - this was only an issue because you had to take a circuitous route around the construction site to get anywhere, even to places that looked close (the next block) on the map. There's not much to do in the vicinity (inc. restaurants), and it's about a 1h walk to the city centre (and not very scenic). But if you have a car, this is not an issue!

Where do I start. The flat is so immaculate and beautiful. What you have available- if I knew before my arrival, my suitcase would be much lighter: you name it- there is absolutely everything anyone might ever need, and more. Nicolce approaches his business with true love and care: the flat is so beautifully and tastefully decorated, there are so many gadgets and appliances, anything you need- it is there for you. Complimentary treats and drinks, I have been in many air BnB s in the world, and booked his wonderful flat via booking.com, but truly, it exceded any possible expectations. Anyone who would want to rent their apartment , should use this guy, as you do get what you pay for, and way way more. Lots of respect for such a fantastic host, cannot recommend enough. Every time I am back to Skopje, it is that simple: will always stay at Nicolce's property. Thank you so much

Modern and comfortable apartment on a high floor with city views. We are a family with two children, spent two nights in this apartment. Janeski was very helpful with all questions regarding accommodation and interesting places in the city. The residential complex has a parking space for you, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. We also visited the pool. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Skopje
