Great location with many amenities close by. Easy access to the beach. Condo was good, but could use some blinds and better beds in 2nd and 3rd bedroom. There were a few cosmetic things like ceiling in living room and main bathroom could use some updating and painting.

The only thing I would change about this location is room curtains. Although we loved the sunshine we would have like to sleep in.overall this is a place we would come back to!!!

This place was perfect for us. It was a short getaway weekend with family! Weather was great! We had a fishing charter booked and they were able to pick us up from the dock on the bay side! Accommodations were great. Very spacious and wonderful views of the bay. Close to everything with a short drive. Would definitely stay here again and really liked having 3 bedrooms. Loved the pillows on the master bed!!

Overall our stay was great. Enjoyed the Dolphin feeding in the evening off the boat dock. Everything is close by. Beaches, Restaurants, and Fort Pickens are 5 minutes away.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The view, the location and the layout of the condo were fantastic. It was the perfect place for our vacation. I will get this place again.

My son competes in Beach Brawl in the spring and fall and we always stay at Tristen Towers! First time in this unit! Very nice and plenty of space! Already looking at dates to rent again!

We had a great stay here. View is awesome , the condo was in tip top shape. 4 of us stayed here and another group of 4 stayed down there road. Perfect place to relax after every day of golf!

It was super clean (and I'm really picky and have lots of allergies) and easy to navigate. Communication was always fast and easy. The view is splendid and the location by the beach AND bay is amazing. Would stay again.

Overall my family and I had a good stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The building itself was not as family friendly as we would have liked, the neighbors played loud music for hours. The property manager was very responsive and resolved the issue.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the views were super nice. However, the condo does need some deep cleaning and the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and worn. Just time for some updates I think and the owners to come stay a few nights so they can see what their lovely property is in need of. All in all though, the views and the beach being right across the street was awesome!

Perfect stay as usual. We will be back, hopefully next year. No issues with the property. We love the bay side for all the boat activities and all the dolphins. ❤️

We travel to Pensacola annually to meet with family and fish. This place had the best view from all rooms. Apartment was clean and quiet. Will keep on my list to stay again.

Beautiful condo and just as posted pictures. The view from the Santa Rosa Sound was amazing. Loved the balcony and just hanging out. You cannot beat the location! One of our favorite restaurants in within walking distance, Peg Leg Petes's is the best!!

From booking to staying at this condo we had a great experience !!! Any questions I had they were answered quickly ! The view of the water from the condo was amazing !! Pool was near by and beach as well ! Would definitely recommend !!

It was a very lovely condo. The balcony stays shaded so it got lots of use. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. It was nice they included some beach chairs and floats. The pool is great--large and actually has some depth.
Minor complaints--needed more plastic glasses (we had 4 teens in our group), the coffee pot was a little too small for the machine so it kept overflowing grounds into the pot, last renter had fried something and the smell lingered.

This place is excellent for a quiet stay. There are plenty of white sand beaches nearby and one can see both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony.

Besides a breaker tripping, which they took care of, the place was very nice. Plenty of room and close to everything we wanted to do.

From the beginning, the whole experience was above and beyond. The location of this property right by the bay and across the street from the gulf was perfect. The wrap around balcony provided perfect views of the sunset every night. Would stay here again if ever visiting Pensacola in the future. Highly recommend. Communication with host if needed was quick and very responsive.

Unit comfortably fit 6 in bedrooms with an additional pull out couch for more guests. Well stocked kitchen with enough pots, pans, bowls and kitchen tools to prepare a pre-thanksgiving feast (our military kids are not able to come home for thanksgiving).location was phenomenal. So glad there were beach chairs and an ice chest in the patio closet so we sat through an air show in comfort. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!
